Take part in an intimate cooking session at a Cesarina’s residence, where you’ll discover the hidden details behind Italy’s most loved dishes, and then enjoy your creations with a serving of regional wine.
In the course of the lesson, the Cesarina will share the secrets behind three traditional local recipes. Test your culinary abilities in a fun and engaging manner. All participants will have their own cooking station complete with kitchen tools and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the meals. Finally, savor every dish you’ve made, paired with an assortment of locally-sourced red and white wines.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Wonderful family experience. - Ambra and her son were wonderful. We are a big family of all ages and they made us feel welcome. We had fun cooking and learning how to make pasta and everything tasted great. It was a perfect evening.

Very touching “must have” experience in Baveno - The cooking experience was very interesting and practical!!!Gabriella and her husband were very kind and warm! They treated us as we are the family ❤️ my 10 years old daughter and I had so much fun!

post card dinner - What an experience.. Gabriella was fantastic. We learned making pasta from scratch and even did this back home. The dinner itself, after all the hard work, was delightful and in good company. If we lived in Stresa we would have new friends instantly. We love her home with a rich history to Gabriella's family and the view on Lago maggiore she has should be on a post card.
