Fantastic Taxi Service - I was impressed by the service when I needed a transport from Strasbourg to Obernai for a quick visit. Sammy was on time and made this task a real pleasure. I ended up leaving my sunglasses in his taxi and, when I contacted him, he immediately returned them to me. As a traveler from the United States, I was surprised and delighted. He even recommended a place where I could have a quick bite to eat. A great experience! He is a fantastic ambassador from Strasbourg! āœ…šŸ‡«šŸ‡·

COMPANY NOT RELIABLE FOR RESERVATIONS - Company not reliable for reservations, because unserious, not at all professional. We booked a 5 km race in Schiltigheim, the day before for 7:40 the next day. When booking we mentioned the importance of the schedule because we could not arrive late. Very kindly we were reassured: ā€œdonā€™t worry, you will be on timeā€ They called at 7:20 to say that they would spend 10 minutes before which is not so much a problem, on the contrary. However, supposedly because of the lack of number on the front (they had been warned by SMS) the driver went further and claimed that one reached his car, 500 m away, and finally left (presumably to reach a more financially interesting customer). And finally, the central that answers 20 minutes before our meeting: ā€œheat him said that no one was on site (false), call Taxi 13ā€ (who was waiting) Fortunately an Uber car was nearby and our meeting could take place.
