Highly recommend! - We had an amazing tour with our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Adam. He was perfect and helped us get to know the area and its history.

We had a great experience... - We had a great experience with the young guide. Though I had some difficulties in walking he graciously adjusted the tour to cover the most attractive and the important items. There are a good number of things to see. He also explained the history behind each monuments and structures. I would recommend this tour though I was not sure that it was a walking tour.

Visit the alleys of Stockolm - You must definitely take a walk around the city and get lost in the streets to enjoy it. From one street to another the city has another face. The facades are beautiful

Old Town Tour Is Worth Seeing - Our tour guide Adam did a great job explaining the fascinating history of Old Town Stockholm as well as a great variety of all of the sights of Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Old Town Tour Didn’t Meet Expectations - The Old Town tour of Stockholm was shorter than expected, ending about 40 minutes early, and the guide focused more on chatting with us than sharing the city’s history. We had hoped for a bit more of a guided experience.

Old town tour - We met Adam at the chestnut tree . We got lost and deeply appreciate him coming back to find us . My sincere comment is his knowledge was very basic . A tour guide should be more knowledgeable.

Bad organisation - Our nightmare started with a delayed plane without any reason.Since we landed too late we were in a hurry to be there on time for the city tour. We had to look for the metro station first and when we found it and arrived successfully in Stockholm Centralen the satnav led us to the starting point of the tour in circles. We never found the starting point of the city tour despite sat nav during our entire stay. A different starting point or a better description of the route to the starting point, e.g. with pictures of neighboring buildings, would be better. Or a description for people arriving by public transport. On the way in the search of the starting point we met 2 tour groups of city tours but none was ours. We wanted to contact our guide of the city tour but we didn't have an email address or a phone number. Since no one had looked for us and contacted us we have Gamla Stan after that checked ourselves and would therefore have liked our money back ! Ps the contact information of the guide should be completed for such emergency situations

Host never showed up did... - Host never showed up did not answer phone either viator and I both reached out to no avail. Waited at meet up location for 20 min for or and nothing u was there prior to start time

Tour guide did not show up - Tour guide never showed up. We arrived at the meeting point promptly at 6pm and the tour guide was not there. We waited 1 hour and still no guide. There was also no contact by guide.

Tour guide no show - Our tour guide did not show. Some other guide who happened to be there and could not find his party arranged on the fly to take us on the walking tour instead which was very nice of him, except that his tour was terrible. We meandered around old town and he told us some random facts and things but was not very coherent and seemed more interested in just chatting about life. We did not get much out of this tour I'm sorry to say.
