A great experience - A great tour. Frankie was knowledgeable and her guiding style was informative, yet relaxed. She thoroughly knew her stuff, and the snacks and drink along the way was a lovely touch.

Mediocre experience - We joined this tour because it was the only christmas activity offered, and now we understand why (the christmas market is closed). Even though the guide from south africa was nice and polite (the reason we give at least 2 stars) she lacked the enthusiasm we have felt on other activities. The starting of the tour felt promising and fun, but then it started feeling like she was taking us to some spots for some half interesting stories, and as the tour was passing, she lacked enthusiasm and felt like she wanted to finish. Later in the day we took the Nordic food walk, and that one was amazing, a truly wonderful experience.
