Our visit to beautiful Stockholm!! - Our visit to the Vasa museum and Abba was amazing …. We had a wonderful walk around the old part of Stockholm, enjoying restaurants… we also saw the palace and that was spectacular!! Loved this city!!

Poor directions and instructions to pick up site - Difficult to find the loading location by the train station. The provider tried to send a GPS pin, but the messaging system would not transmit the link.

Hop Off Hop On - A little bit of everything. - What a wonderful way to learn a new country/town. The audioguide explained what the buildings wer, the time period and who ruled during that time. I also got the cruise which was a great way to see a different view of the city.

Highly recommend - Perfect way to see the city! The bus takes you round the majority of Stockholm, taking in lots of the important sites, attractions and shopping areas. The driver was very helpful and very nice. The audio was brilliant and told us everything we needed to know, where we was and everything about the different areas. This is a really great way to see a lot of Stockholm, especially when you’re only visiting for a short time!

Good way to get around Stockholm and see the sights - Purchased the combo bud & boat . Used it all around Stockholm. Boat tour had canal and bay tours which were both excellent. Automated earphone info on board and buses was good . All personnel were very very polite and helpful . Just be aware that there are multiple companies that advertise Hop on and Hop Off so you need to recognize which one you have a ticket for . Pretty easy once you know there are multiple boats and buses from at least two companies. You can buy in person at kiosks at many locations around the city .

Hop on and enjoy - It was a fantastic way of getting round the city of Stockholm. The only drawback is there are two red buses, and it is confusing as to which one will allow you to travel on.

Good option if you have very limited time in Stockholm - The bus and boat combination was nice. One of the boats had broken down so they only run the service once every hour while the competitor next door was very frequent. However the staff kept smiling through it amongst the chaos which made most of the customers less bothered.

Eh. - The bus was fine but the boat was a major disappointment. The audio didn’t work and I had to keep asking for help. The staff was nice and helpful tho! And I guess I got out on the water…

Stops not clearly marked at road. Bus times irregular. Some drivers were rough drivers & unfriendly. Audio not working - Stops not marked at roadside. Unfriendly and some rough drivers. Busses irregular arriving. Long waits. Audio did not work on all busses.

Skip the Hop On Hop off - We waited for extended periods throughout the day for the bus. We decided to try our luck with the boat .The boat finally came after an hour wait, 5 people got off but we three were not allowed on as they were over capacity. Next boat would be another hour with no guarantee we could get on. Walked to bus stop. Bus finally came and was refused entry as driver did not recognize the digital ticket. After an argument, he let us on. They seemed unprepared for the volume of passengers, but kept selling tickets. Very disappointing.
