Enjoyable way to see the city! - Hop on/off was a great way to experience the city so you know where you want to go back to visit. It's also a great way to get transportation to certain locations and just jump off. The only con is that the plug in guidance played way too much music compared to actually giving you facts about the city. Lots of silence on there. Wasn't as helpful as some other on/off I've used in other cities.

Stockholm hop on/hop off bus and boat tour - As expected the hop on hop off buses where an excellent option to see the city. This is the perfect option for anyone that wants to pick and choose what to see. The ticket we bought included both the bus and boat lines. It doesn’t include the boat line that circles Djurgarden island and unless you’re buying tickets the bus representatives are very unhelpful. The circle the island it’s an additional ticket for about $20kr

Our visit to beautiful Stockholm!! - Our visit to the Vasa museum and Abba was amazing …. We had a wonderful walk around the old part of Stockholm, enjoying restaurants… we also saw the palace and that was spectacular!! Loved this city!!

Poor directions and instructions to pick up site - Difficult to find the loading location by the train station. The provider tried to send a GPS pin, but the messaging system would not transmit the link.

Hop Off Hop On - A little bit of everything. - What a wonderful way to learn a new country/town. The audioguide explained what the buildings wer, the time period and who ruled during that time. I also got the cruise which was a great way to see a different view of the city.

Confusing Bus Stops and Confused Public - Signs for stops were poorly marked or not marked at all. We chased after several buses that would not stop or explain to us where the stops were. This company closely resembles another company with red buses and the same stops. Drivers continually have to examine tickets and explain to customers that their tickets are for a different company, wasting time both for the customer and the driver. Surely this company could find solutions for these issues.

Eh. - The bus was fine but the boat was a major disappointment. The audio didn’t work and I had to keep asking for help. The staff was nice and helpful tho! And I guess I got out on the water…

Stops not clearly marked at road. Bus times irregular. Some drivers were rough drivers & unfriendly. Audio not working - Stops not marked at roadside. Unfriendly and some rough drivers. Busses irregular arriving. Long waits. Audio did not work on all busses.

Simply Not Acceptable - I had a 72 hrs pass. On my last day at Stockholm, I had a horrible time. It was Mother's Day. I had screenshot my tickets and did not have any issues the first two day. On the third day, we met a very rude bus driver accusing me of cheating. She proceeded to page other bus drivers not to let us on the bus. I reported this incident to the company and sent an email. Redsightseeing bus indicated that they cannot do anything since I purchased the tickets from Viator. I simply want to let others know that this is not acceptable ways to treat people.

Skip the Hop On Hop off - We waited for extended periods throughout the day for the bus. We decided to try our luck with the boat .The boat finally came after an hour wait, 5 people got off but we three were not allowed on as they were over capacity. Next boat would be another hour with no guarantee we could get on. Walked to bus stop. Bus finally came and was refused entry as driver did not recognize the digital ticket. After an argument, he let us on. They seemed unprepared for the volume of passengers, but kept selling tickets. Very disappointing.
