Super fun adventure tours with knowledgeable guides! - I did two tours with Thiago - one hike up through the rainforest to Christ the Redeemer, the second tour through the Dois Irmãos with a motorcycle ride and hike down through the Favela Vidigal. Both were amazing - challenging hikes with fabulous company! Thiago is super knowledgeable about his city, Rio - the beaches, neighborhoods, and history. I learned so much, the time spent with Thiago was super fun, and I felt like I really got an inside view into some very special areas of Rio. I would highly recommend booking any kind of adventure tour with Thiago, and if I am ever lucky enough to make it back to Rio again, I will certainly book another tour with these guys! Fabulous time!!

excursion with the highest quality - If you want to enjoy the Rio off road with spectacular landscapes and outside of the typical tourist excursion this is definitely the place! They adapt to your plans, offering the best views and experiences at all times. It is worth it because you will enjoy a lot of privacy. Thiago has incredible energy and, in addition to wisdom, he is very attentive and pleasant with the little ones. Would recommend ! - Had the best time with Eduardo! Easy pick up from our hotel. We had amazing views from the top and Eduardo was a great photographer. Would definitely recommend!

GET THIAGO TO GUIDE YOU - Thiago was Amazing!!!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable about literally everything - trees, birds, animals, neighborhoods, history, culture, and everything you can think of. We booked last minute (the night before) and he managed to accommodate us and get us up and down Tijuca peak in under 4 hours in the afternoon. We’re so glad we found him because it was honestly one of the best tours we’ve taken not just in Rio but everywhere. He’s passionate about nature, friendly, and goes above and beyond for his private tour guests (even recommended a bikini shop and an açaí place for us). He told us his company OIR is Rio spelled backwards, because he hopes to show his guests another side of Rio. There’s so much heart in how he conducts his business. We hope everyone gets a chance to be guided by Thiago because you will learn so much (more than any typical guides will tell you) and have so much fun! Oh and - he takes amazing photos!

Adventure while sightseeing. - What an adventure. Climbing the trail from Lage Park to the Christ! And seeing all the animals and birds! Thiago knows the perfect picture spots! And then the Jeep tour was awesome! His knowledge of culture and history completed the amazing views. Our kids had a great time with Thiago who encouraged them to climb and have fun!!

Amazing - Thiago was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and great photographer. He provided recommendation of other things to do while in RIO. The hike was amazing because it was on weekday and no one else was there but us. we moved at our own speed and took time appreciating the nature of this park. Make sure that you take a towel with you for a deep at the waterfall which was amazing. Also read the full description of this tour as it is not a private hike for solo traveler (it’s private for 2 or more people) if you are traveling SOLO then you have to pay for the other person which is $100 for solo traveler. The view at the top of the mountain was worth every penny and I had an amazing time hiking with Thiago

Sooo good - Thiago is the best tour guide EVER!! And the hike was soo good that we had to celebrate by going to a steak house in the nearby Barra da Tijuca. We loved the fact that Tijuca National Park is only open to bikes and hikers, and Thiago answered all our questions along the way with amazing detail and precision. Don't forget your towel and active shorts for the most refreshing dip in the 10 meter high waterfall!

Best tour and even better tour guide! - We took a rainforest tour in Tijuca with Thiago. We all had an amazing time which we will remember forever! Thiago was a fantastic tour guide and we were very lucky to have him show us around on this trip. Not only is he knowledgable, helpful and funny but he is extremely passionate about the country in which he lives in. He showed us all the best sights and made sure he explained all the relevant history and information. He also recommended other activities and restaurants to visit whilst we were in Rio. If I ever go to Brazil again I will be sure to contact him again and will definitely recommend him to all my friends!
