Recommended - Did a half day tour in Tijuca forrest with Jungle Me and i couldn't have made a better choice. Pietro was my guide providing information on various topics and making sure that we stay safe. The waterfall shower was amazing, so please people, bring your swimsuites and towels. Anna was very prompt in helping me to chainge the day/tour because the weather forecast was bad for the day i initially booked. Had a very good experience overall and I recommend Jungle Me.

Any tour with Renata is worth it! - We had an amazing day out with Renata, who is very knowledgeable about Tijuca and Brasil in general. Any tour with Renata is worth it. If you're considering going on one I'd say go for it.

Impressive tour through beautiful vegetation - Very nice tour, with a cave, swimming under the waterfall and beautiful vegetation, it was everything you could hope for from such a tour. Special thanks go to our tour guide Renata, who led us through the forest with great enthusiasm and spoke tirelessly about the country, people, history, nature, plants and animals. It was incredibly interesting. Otherwise, the organization worked really well. After registering, we received confirmation and detailed information quickly, and we were picked up from the hotel on time. Everything was really great! We also really liked the small group. We would book with Jungle me again and would love to book with Renata again! Thank you:)

Beautiful forest, great guide - We did half day Tijuca Forest hike and absolutely loved it. The forest is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Renata, our guide, was very knowledge and super nice. She is also a professional photographer and was helping us to get amazing photos. The hike is not very demanding and is appropriate even if you are not in great shape. Would 100% recommend.

Loved it, even though it was cloudy! So informative. - We decided to take this hike instead of going to Christ the Redeemer. We aren't big into crowds, and the view looked equally amazing. Unfortunately, it was very foggy when we got to the top, but our tour guide Roberto took us to a view point under the cloud bank that was still pretty spectacular. Even though it ended up being cloudy, though, I would highly recommend this hike. It was great to get out of the city and into the forest surrounding Rio. Our guide Roberto was also incredibly informative. In the car on the way to the hike, he gave us a history of Brazil, a geographic/nature overview, and a history of Rio specifically. It was so helpful to have that background and such a great way to learn! More interesting than reading the history from a guidebook. On the hike, we spotted a monkey and a toucan, and Roberto pointed out native and nonnative plants as we hiked, and shared how native peoples used the native plants. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rio, and I would highly recommend booking this tour!
