First Class All the Way - I couldn’t have imagined a better day. Loved everything about it. Driver Lukas was excellent. And guide Tais was fabulous! She went above and beyond the call to be sure we all had a wonderful experience. I know I did. I strongly recommend her to you. Everything ran on time, including my morning pickup. I highly recommend this all-day tour!!

Amazing experience, totally worth it. - It was a very good experience. The guide Eduardo was really good. He managed the group very well. The trip covers the must see places in Rio and view were amazing. I just recommend this to anyone who wants to have the Rio experience in one day

Unforgettable - If you do the tour on your own I recommend doing in the afternoon or do a complete city tour that consider the tourist points, guide and transfer. I highly recommend apena value. Choose a day of sun

Great tour - Wonderful city tour. Loved it. We were able to see all the highlights in Rio in one day. Lunch was just ok but not the tour fault. Julia was excellent guide. Kind and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Not sure why it's so well rated - I don't understand why this is such a positively rated tour. It ran 1 hr 40 mins longer than the end time just because we made too many pointless stops, like at random gift shops and in front of a stadium. Very little history was provided for each place - the guide would point at pictures in his guide book. In some places we had way too long of stops, in others, too short (and the random gift shops!). While we saw a few major sights of Rio, we didn't see much for a 9 hour tour. I could have done it on my own with more learning/quality time in half the time.

Disappointing Experience Despite High Reviews - We booked this tour based on the great reviews but unfortunately came away quite disappointed.
To start, our guide Aldo arrived 30 minutes late with no communication or apology, which set a poor tone for the day.
Additionally, the itinerary followed during the tour did not match what was advertised. According to the listing, we were supposed to begin with Christ the Redeemer, but instead, we started at Sugarloaf and ended the day at Christ the Redeemer. By the time we got there, the weather had taken a turn for the worse, and visibility was extremely poor. Many on the tour were visibly disappointed, and had we known Christ the Redeemer would be the last stop, we wouldn’t have booked this tour — especially given we checked the weather forecast ahead of time.
Overall, the experience left a sour taste. If you're short on time or trying to work around weather conditions, you're probably better off visiting the sites on your own. It’ll likely be quicker, more flexible, and less disappointing.

Kind of miserable - All day spent in lines. We thought according to our information we would do Christ Reformer, lunch, then Sugar Mountain. We in fact spent most of the morning in line for Christ Reformer, then finally ate around 3:00, in order to stand in line a few more hours to do a 5:00 Sugar Mountain tram. 8:30- 7:00 pm. Very long day. With the $$ we spent we should have had “ skip the line service” many did, just not our group. Some people left the group because it was so hot and miserable. Our guide was fine, just spoke a lot more Portuguese than English as most of the group spoke Portuguese so, much wasn’t relayed to us English speakers.
It was disappointing.

Pick up and drop off process laborious - A good tour ruined by the very long pick up and drop off process. I was not the first to be picked up - I was 8:30 and we did not get to the first stop until 10:30 and its only a 10-15 min drive. The rest of the time was going through the back streets to wait and pick up other tourists. Similarly on drop off I wish I was given the option to catch the subway - would have saved over an hour.
We ended at Christ the Redeemer around 4:30 pm and it was suppose to be quite - it was so busy with everyone more interested in taking Instagram Selfies than actually looking and contemplating the great sculpture. The sun was also behind JC so you did not get the best view.
Our tour guide Eduardo and the driver were both great - cannot fault. Lunch was a smorgasbord that was great but also in a very crowded tourist restaurant.
The people in the tour group were all very nice and friendly and from all around the world.
In my case I would have been happier doing the sites myself over 2 days.
