Fun water excursion with some great sights - Great time with Swish kayak tour guide. He showed us all the good spots and made sure we saw lots of fun stuff along the way. Couldn’t be any more beautiful. Thanks Swish for a great time!

Kayak and snorkel! - We are an older couple, late 60s, who wanted to kayak among the mangroves. We were encouraged to try the guided 3 hour kayak/snorkel trip and we are so glad we did! Our guide Lily was wonderful at explaining the ecosystem and history of the area. My husband who is approaching age 70, had his first snorkel experience and it was magical for both of us. The waters were calm, the required life jackets made it so easy. Perhaps it was not the “best” place to snorkel, but we certainly saw plenty and we could have floated around all day. A brief hike on the beach included a hermit crab race- school aged kids would have loved it ( we did!). The owner of the company graciously helped us get a taxi when we were back. Highly recommend this company and this delightful tour!

Say YES to this shore excursion: Mangrove Lagoon Kayak and Snorkel tour! - Our half day kayaking, hiking and snorkeling adventure with Kevin, Terry and Marc was amazing in many ways. It was my first-time kayaking and they made it easy for me. Focusing on the beauty of the reserve and paddling through the mangroves made any anxiety I might have had, fade away. The adventure was timed just right for us to enjoy kayaking in beautiful clear water, hiking across rocky beaches, and for those who wanted snorkeling to see fish and a sunken boat. Me, I enjoyed lounging around in the water with a few others, who also didn’t want to snorkel. It was our best excursion on this cruise and one of the best ever.

Great Experience! - Thank you to our guides, Kevin and Lydia, for a great day! We did a kayak-hike-snorkel experience and had an awesome time. The kayak ride was a nice trip along the mangroves leading to the hike, which took us through some trees, along a sandy path, and ultimately to some large rocks on the beach. What you notice almost immediately upon entering the wooded area are all the hermit crabs! There were dozens walking all over the place. On the beach, we were able to hold sea urchins, explore the tidal pools, and the location made for a great photo op. After hiking back to the kayaks, we donned our snorkel gear and hit the water, which was just beautiful. There were plenty of fish to see, and we even spotted a big conch shell with something inside crawling along. Then it was back into the kayaks for the paddle back to home base. Kevin and Lydia did a fantastic job leading our tour. They were full of fun facts and information, kept things running perfectly, and happily answered any and all questions about the various locations. Water was provided at the kayak landing site, so it was available pre- and post-hike and before heading back after snorkeling. And there were Kit-Kats! It was an amazing experience all around!

Lots of fun Kayaking - This was a great experience for the whole family. Went with 60 year old mom, wife and 10 year old daughter. Tree and Lauren, tour guides, were fantastic and patient with my daughter's 100+ questions. Would strongly recommend if you like Kayaking.

Great Adventure! - The whole experience was amazing! The water was so warm, Cas Cay was beautiful, and our tour guide Pat was the full package. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. The current was strong so we didn’t make it to our original destination but that didn’t stop us from seeing all kinds of things. Hermit crabs, a live conch, turtles, jelly fish, octopus, and even a lobster.

Terrible & incorrect communication made us spend more money & almost miss it but the kayaking and snorkeling was great. - The excursion itself (kayaking and snorkeling) was great. We had an awesome guide, Jay, and we felt like we got our money out of the time spent and the experience. The mangroves were fascinating and the snorkeling was a blast. Jay was knowledgeable about the creatures and plants we saw, and kept a good pace for our small group. Everything before the actual excursion was somewhat of a nightmare though. There was improper communication about where we were to be picked up, and we ended up having to take a taxi to get to a different part of the island before we found our driver. One couple in our group ended up getting left behind due to this poor communication, and the other pair would never have made it if we didn't overhear them talking about kayaking. There were larger groups that booked with the cruise line, and they had a much smoother experience.

Unhelpful staff and bugs - Crew was not helpful in assisting my parents on the tour after I spoke with the manager about their needs. Also got many insect bites by the mangroves. The kayak I was in did not track correctly this made the trip difficult.
