Own your own kayak tour - We did the half day on your own kayak tour of the mangroves. The staff were very friendly and helpful getting us set up with our kayaks, maps, and gear. We kayaked to Cas Cay where we completed the short hike. The views and scenery were so beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the island and kayaking. Highly recommend!

AWESOME Kayak Afternoon - Awesome experience! Rented Kayaks for the family (5 adult kids and 2 parents) one afternoon. We booked this experience 1 hour before showing up. The water is super calm and the staff was friendly with showing us where the best snorkel spots were. We kayaked to a small island where we brought lunch that we packed and saw TONS of hermit crabs. The snorkel spot was amazing clear water, saw lots of cool fish and sting rays

Great family experience - My family of four had a great time kayaking in the Mangrove Lagoon. The map and directions were easy to follow. The kayaks were in good shape and the paddling was pretty easy. You paddle against the current going out which makes the return trip even easier. Cas Cay was a neat little stop... I just wish we had thought to bring a picnic! We weren't given much information about Cas Cay which would have been nice but it didn't detract from the experience at all!

One of our favorite activities on St. Thomas - We chose the explore on your kayaking package. They gave us a laminated map and directions when we started out which were very easy to follow to get to Cas Cay. The kayaking was easy, and you go against the current on the way out, so it's a little easier on the way back with the current (but both directions still easy to do). We left at about 10:30 am - when we got to the beach, there was a large guided group already there snorkeling. We got out and explored the island just a bit - without directions, this part was harder to know how far to the blowhole - so we just went as far as we wanted and back tracked. When we got back, the guided tour was just leaving, and therefore we had the entire beach to ourselves!! It was fantastic. They have large lockers to rent for $5 to hold any valuables. Outdoor showers to rinse when you get back, and changing rooms to get into dry clothes. Our reservation was for 1-5pm, but they called in the morning and offered we could come at any time we wanted, so we did go early. A small amount of on-site parking if you have a rental car.

Unique Island Experience - On our last full day we did this tour with Troy. It was an amazing time. We got to kayak this unique part of the island, hiked among hundreds of hermit crabs and beautiful views. Then to top it of snorkeled among the mangrove reed and was able to handle sea urchins, star fish and jelly fish that are only found among the mangrove. Troy was knowledgeable and made sure we got to see and do many things among the mangrove. Highly recommend.

A unique experience - Great experience! Easy to book online and the cost is reasonable. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we chose to not do a guided tour, (we chose to rent a kayak for half a day and explore the lagoon and Cas Cay on our own) the staff were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Was an easy path to follow to the blowhole. The snorkeling was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Great excursion - Amazing excursion with my teen daughter, we had a grand old time on our own loved getting to the cays , not suitable for young kids. We brought snacks with us picknicked on the cays then headed back to the dock where we were greeted by friendly staff, who were very helpful! Definitely will do again if I have the chance!

Fun for hiking, NOT for snorkeling. - My husband and I enjoyed the kayaking and hiking experience. However, the snorkeling was not enjoyable. Apparently one must snorkel wearing life jackets. I gave up after 3 minutes. Its ridiculous and impossible to enjoy snorkeling in shallow water with life jackets. We didn't mind no fins rule. We probably would not bother bringing our snorkeling gear again and just hike and kayak. I wish we had been informed beforehand about this or maybe we were and I missed it. Only reason I'm mentioning it is for fellow travelers who may not want to bother bringing their stuff and just hike which is amazing and more fun.

Beautiful afternoon! - Booked kayaks for a group of ten, ages 14 - 48, because the guided tours were full. No regrets! The area is really beautiful and the water crystal clear! The tour area was really crowded with a prior group wrapping up as we arrived but one of the employees immediately peeled off to help us get started on time. They gave us a laminated map of the area and quick directions which were a bit confusing, but it was fine once we were on the water. Really fun to see this area of St. Thomas from a different vantage point. Obviously, bring extra sunscreen and water, wear a hat and enjoy!
