Great Experience - Great experience for the 3 of us. Our PADI instructor was awesome. I had some issues at first with my gear, he was very patient and changed out what was causing the issue. From that point it was great. We saw many fish, corals, sea anemones, and a very big stingray that was sleeping at the bottom. I’d highly recommend this company if you are interested in diving.

Fun and great teacher. - Very helpful and fun. Happy to help everyone in our group get the hand of the equipment and make us comfortable.

An experience that cant be beat! - Absolutely great experience! knowledgeable and professional staff who worked around my scheduling issues to help make the most out of my trip. my instructor was patient and very helpful learning the skills needed to make the experience a very enjoyable one. will definitely be back on my next trip

Great Discovery SCUBA Dives - While staying a Secret Harbour Resort, I scheduled the Discovery SCUBA dive for my 14-yr old daughter who had never done SCUBA. I am a PADI advanced diver and wanted to share SCUBA with her. She had a great shore Discovery instruction dive with Mandi. After the shore dive, I scheduled a 2-tank boat dive for both of us the next day. We were accompanied by dive instructor Anardo. He was awesome! He held my daughter's hand underwater for the first 10 minutes to make sure she was comfortable while guiding her around to see amazing sea life. He treated her like a loving father. He picked up a brittle starfish and let her hold it. He showed her how the sea anemone would suck up into their shell when you put your finger in front of them. He guided her up to within 4-ft of a nurse shark sleeping on the sea floor and could have gotten closer if my daughter hadn't gotten nervous. Lol. She did not realize nurse sharks are gentle creatures. We also saw a sea turtle and perhaps the largest sting ray I've ever seen with a companion Cobia that followed it everywhere. The dives with Anardo and Aqua Action were by far my daughter's favorite activities that we did during our week on St. Thomas and St. John!

Highly Recomend - Very enjoyable, relaxed open diving experience. When meeting the wife of the dive shop owners, she told her story of how they left Ohio on a lark and ended up in St. Thomas. Her 20-year-old note to her husband was tacked to the wall. The DM was Jared, a New Orleans transplant, and the captain was from Juniper, Florida. With a limited number of divers, Jared could guide us through six fun dives effortlessly but safely. While not Bonaire or Cozumel, they made the best of St. Thomas' dive spots.

Great Scuba Dive - Excellent customer service! Had a great time! Wonderful experience and enjoyed the beach after we went on the dive.

Great Experience - Sam and Diane were good to work with. Stephanie was absolutely terrific dive master. She was awesome instructor and was great in the water. We saw a lot of cool stuff!

Calm and friendly intro to the underwater world - Got a tip from our charter boat captain to check out the Discover Scuba Diving course at Aqua Action, and I'm so so glad we did. I was intrigued by the idea of scuba, but was bringing a lot of anxiety to the party. It took a little time to locate the dive shop (off the beach next to the restaurants at Secret Harbor), but the staff there were friendly and wonderful. We got checked in and once our whole group was there, we had a quick but thorough lesson from Stephanie. We got suited up -- took me 3 tries to stand up with all the equipment :) -- and then hit the water. Stephanie was relaxed, friendly, and her calm confidence helped me get past the fear and enjoy exploring the beautiful underwater world on the reef. Stephanie pointed out lots of cool sea life, and I never felt worried or confused about the safety of our group or equipment. It was a wonderful experience and I wish we could have extended our trip to do the full Open Water Certification with Aqua Action. Can't recommend this spot more!

GREAT customer service - Did a shore dive (refresher) with Jared and he was AWESOME !! Owners at the dive shop were also amazing !! Would highly recommend and I will be back for a dive excursion !

Great first dive experience for kids - This was the first experience with scuba diving for my kids, 14 and 11 (my husband and I had prior experience). The instructor, Ashley, was very good with them. The kids had a great time and definitely want to do more diving on a future trip. I would recommend Aqua Action to anyone looking to try out scuba diving. Their location in Secret Harbor is great for a first dive -- you can just walk right into the water. No need to take a boat.
