Had a great time in St Lucia? You must be tired the day of your return trip, after this short vacation, not wanting to be up early to go back to reality, one thing you don’t want when you get to the airport is seeing these long lines you have to stand on pulling your luggage, this can be a bit frustrating sometimes.

Nice & relaxing lounge - We used Island Taxi & Tours for access to the departure VIP lounge only (not for transfer from resort). The lounge was very clean, comfortable and had sufficient food and drink to help us pass the time as we waited for the plane. We were at the airport a year prior and did not use the lounge ... way better in the lounge for sure!!!

Worth it! - This is hands-down something I would always book when traveling to St Lucia. We had a nice complimentary lunch there - soup, sandwiches, wine, beer, etc. - away from the crowds. This was especially good since our flight kept getting delayed. There was a wifi and several places to charge our devices. We definitely had a comfortable lounge in which to wait while everyone else sat on hard plastic chairs.

Very helpful! - This was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were stuck in St Lucia for the night due to the cancellation of our flight and this place really helped us find a place to stay for the night and provided us with transportation to and from the facility. I offer my highest recommendation for this facility!

So worth it! - This service was a lifesaver with our toddler especially and 3 older kids! Being able to keep our toddler occupied and contained and fed were a highlight! Definitely recommend if you have kiddos!

Saint Lucia Fast Track Departure and VIP lounge a must - We arrived at airport to see long lines. Viator rep met us at our van and took us through the checkin, immigration and security so fast. We could see some nasty looks from people in the long line, but we paid for this service and it is sooooooo worth it.

I would do again if I go back. - The food is not that great better options in the Airport food court. But it is comfortable and great air condition (not like the main area of the airport - they leave the doors open a lot down there) I would do again if I go back.

Follow up with my first review - As my first review stated that no representative was at the airport. So my review does not change. But I did make contact with the tour operator and a full refund was issued. There was no explanation as to what happened. With the full refund it shows they messed up and was willing to admit it.

Scammed - Booked departure Fast Track and lounge access, paid and received confirmation of the booking. Arrived at the airport to no one meeting us. When we spoke to the Harris Handlers team who provide the Fast Track service, they confirmed we were not on their list and suggested we get a refund. No service was provided and the company has not responded to my requests for a refund. DO NOT USE.
