Just do it - As a person afraid of heights this zip line and canopy tour was amazing. Our guide Della was the BEST and eased all fears of zipping. She even had me going no handed by the 5th zip. It rained while we were there but the tree canopy is so thick , hardly got wet. Wear longer shorts and T shirt so u are more comfortable with all the straps Della was very informative on the canopy tour and spotted things for us we would have missed Such a fun gal who truly enjoys her job

Really great way to see the rain forest - Really great way to see the rain forest. The tram ride was my mom's favorite thing that we did. Fun zip line too, it was the prettiest one I've ever done. Staff was great too.

5 Star Experience - First time zip lining. On time pick up. Great guides. Very safe. In touch with nature. Highly recommend.

Fun day - This was fun and as advertised. I will say if you are an adventurous person it will not feel like a huge adventure. It's a zip line park and you can always see the ground and the other size easily. But it is beautiful and fun! It just didn't get my adrenaline going. The tram is a very slow hour long ride up and down the mountain. Again, beautiful, but more relaxing than adventure. It was a fun day. The staff was super awesome and it was fun to see them interacting and having a good time.

Awesome guides - Our guides were great. Very knowledgeable told us about the plants, birds, country, every thing under the sun! The zip line was fun. Their equipment was top notch and their safety procedures were solid. The tram ride takes a while but it’s worth it. The hike back up from the last zip line to the tram is a bit of a hard breathing walk for anyone that’s out of shape. Its not really challenging it's an easy path just all uphill

Fun as well as educational - Mel was a great guide! The rainforest experience was edifying and the zip lines fun though relatively tame.

Ultimate Three - Tram, Ziplining, and Rainforest Hike - Spectacular - We had a wonderful time visiting the rainforest and ziplining down through it. Knowledgeable, personable, and funny guides spent the day with us, making sure we were having the time of our lives. Great excursion, and something I would do again. The rainforest hike is somewhat challenging (I am 67 and managed it with no problem), but the guides will help you take it at your own pace.

New Endeavor - It was an exciting adventure. I am glad to have knowledgeable instructors to guide the process. The zipline was the highlight for me.

Great experience - We really enjoyed the tour. We felt safe throughout the experience and the cable car was a unique addition and gave great views over the local area. The walk is pretty gentle and around 20-30 minutes and connects you back able to the cable car which you use to get back to the starting point. This tour includes 8 zip lines. From looking beforehand there appears to be a 12 zip line course to the north of the island, which looked to have longer / more panoramic views. I would definitely recommend this tour as the cable car was a unique experience and some of the lines are great and still a thrilling experience, however if you’re solely looking for a zip-lining adrenaline rush then I would consider the other tour too.

Just don’t do it. - This was one of the worst tours I have ever been on customer service wise. The pickup process from my villa was a total chaotic freakin nightmare. The driver that picks up clients doesn’t have google maps… huh? How does a driver who is supposed to pick up people from all over the island not have access to maps. He didn’t have data so he couldn’t look up any addresses or text me. I waited over 45 mins past my original decided pick up time. It was a mess. Woke up at 6am for what? Never again. Please do not book with them. Additionally, they do not know how to communicate for sh!t. To get one response to one question requires you to quadruple text. I don’t see how they are still operating as a business when the service is literally a mess. My goodness. Save your money and save yourself a heartache on top of a headache. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
