A truly excellent level of service - highly recommend - We had booked a driver for the day as we wanted to do some things that are not part of standard tours - including some souvenir shopping and visiting the Pitons. The overall experience was excellent - our driver Roland was entertaining and knowledgeable, taking us to some extra places off the beaten path. The overall service (booking, payment processing etc.) from the company was also first class.

Fantastic Service - I contacted Fram tours last minute in the evening the day before I need to get somewhere, and not only did he promptly respond in minutes, but payment was straightforward too (I was able to use PayPal). The following day I had nothing to worry about as Fidel was both prompt and professional. I even got to where I needed to go early with a chance to stop for a bite to eat both on the way and back at the end of my all-day tour based on his recommendations! Great taxi service - Great service! Fidel was prompt and on time for our transfer from our hotel in Gros Islet to our hotel in Soufreire, as well as our airport transfer! Excellent Transportation Company - Recently went on my first trip to St. Lucia with my partner. Fidel transported us to the location where I planned to propose to her. His vehicle was immaculate. He was an excellent driver with a lot of knowledge about the island. He was very warm and made the long ride to the proposal site very enjoyable. (My partner said yes and we’re now engaged!) Before visiting St. Lucia, we booked Nexus Tours to transport us from the resort to the airport. They completely dropped the ball leaving us stranded at our resort with a little over 2 hours until the plane took off. I called Fidel and he was able to arrange an emergency transport. This driver used his knowledge of the island and its back-roads to avoid the city traffic that we had experienced several times during our stay. There’s no doubt in my mind that without this transportation company, we would have missed our flight (the only flight out of St. Lucia that day). If I said that I was thoroughly impressed, it would be an understatement. I highly recommend this company!
