Delve into the old traditions of St Lucia - It was fascinating to come way up on the eastern mountains and see a group of people trying to keep old and dying traditions going, including community, dance and traditional farming. The amazing variety of fruits and spices growing in a relatively small area was eye-opening. The experience deepened my understanding of the complex culture of St Lucia.
