We had an excellent time... - We had an excellent time with tour guide Leo. He showed us a lot of the St.John’s area as explained the history. Our boat was fantastic! We saw some Humpback Whales and the captain explained some more history about the coast.

Amazing Tour in St. John’s – The Guide Was Fantastic! - I had an awesome time on the St. John’s Small Group Tour with the Iceberg Quest Boat Cruise. The tour was really well organized, and the highlight for me was definitely our guide. They made the whole experience feel super relaxed and fun, while also sharing so many cool facts and stories about the area. It felt like we were hanging out with a local who really knows their stuff, which made the tour that much more enjoyable. The Iceberg Quest Boat Cruise was incredible—getting out on the water and seeing those huge icebergs up close was unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour if you're in St. John’s, and if you’re lucky enough to have the same guide, you’re in for a treat!

Overpriced - Didn’t feel the trip was as advertised…the tour around the city was informative and guide was great however we thought the entire time was to be the boat tour, so city tour was unexpected. Boat tour was ok, but did not see any whales any puffins nor any icebergs. Our thoughts were it was overpriced for what we took away.

Let down by organisation. - Sadly the tour company provided a substitute guide on the day for the 6 of us on the tour. This guide had a decent vocabulary, but his Ukrainian accent was so strong that it was often difficult to understand him. Our non boat element of the tour was a whistlestop circuit of the immediate area highlights,.. 5 mins max at each of them, no time at some.... then offloaded at the boat... We saw whales immediately on leaving the harbour,... an informative boat trip, good crew, nice clean boat.

The city tour was not... - The city tour was not wonderful … had to ride in the back of a small vehicle. The ocean cruise was amazing … we had the weather and the whales on our side!

Terrible service! Tour never happened! - Tour driver never showed up. When we called they said they had no record of our reservation that was made almost a year prior. They wouldn’t apologize or try to send someone right then. They tried to tell us they could do it at a time that absolutely wouldn’t work for us. Viator failed in getting the reservation to them!! Don’t use viator. Go directly to the tour provider.

Don’t advertise as an iceberg tour if they’re out of season. - Absolutely a waste of time and money. Not informative, boat ride was a waste of time, no whales, no icebergs, no puffins.
