Best informative Tour! - Bud was AWESOME! This is the 4th time we have done this tour and brought out of town visitors. Our guide is one of the best we have ever had and we do hope on hop off all over the states and Europe. Buds knowledge was outstanding, and his humor would make you smile.

St. Augustine best way to get around - Great historical narratives along with stories you might not see in a history book! A fun and relaxing to see the city and learn its origins.

Pricey historical area - We had Summer as our tour guide and although it’s a hop on off bus we stayed on through out all the stops. Summer was very upbeat and fun. We learned lots about St Augustine the few hours we were on. Would have loved for the trolley to go over the Lion bridge to the light house as well but it doesn’t , guess that’s a separate one but don’t know for certain. Only complaint was it seemed little pricey for what it is. Plus St Augustine itself seems more commercial than historical now plus everything historical has separate fee

OLD TOWN TROLLEY TOUR - The best way to see St Augustine, Fl, USA.. - Visited St Augustine whilst visiting family in Orlando and on a whim bought a day trip ticket for the hop on hop off trolley service as figured it would be the best way to get an overview of Americas oldest city. There are a number of trolley service vendors in town but Old Town Trolley Tours have a fantastic set up in St Augustine and are a national firm. They also have discounted or bundled tickets for many of the attractions to see in town so seemed like a no brainer to me and i'm glad we chose them on the day. We got onto the trolley at the Old Jail (which offered FREE PARKING to Old Town Trolley Tour customers) and took the whole tour which took around 90 mins, so we could plan which attractions were of most interest to us, and help get our bearings around the old town itself. Our driver TROY was fantastic!! His narration during the tour was superb, his knowledge and easy manner was so captivating and naturally flowed throughout the tour. With a blend of comedy and commentary TROY imparted an impressive depth of knowledge about every POI, but also a whole host of interesting back stories and factoids surrounding and complimenting the main POI highlighted throughout the tour which made the tour a pleasure from start to finish. Infact we enjoyed TROY'S narration so much that we made a point of waiting for his trolley to come back around, as we hopped on and off the trolleys at different attractions around the town throughout the day just to enjoy his narration as we moved to our next hop off. The ability to jump on and off the trolley at many of the towns major POI's allowed us to really immerse ourselves in the place, and removed the time wasted walking from point to point allowing us to make maximum use of our time throughout the day. The town itself is beautiful and steeped in history, obviously nowhere near the age of the historical sights on offer in the UK, but non the less a beautiful and magical place to visit so well worth a visit if your visiting Florida. I would highly recommend Old Town Trolley Tours if you plan on getting the most out of a visit to historic St Augustine, (and one things for sure, if you happen to get TROY as your trolley driver you're doubly in for a treat!!).

History info great, tram access not so good. - Narration of the history was very interesting. Just wish the trams were easier to get on and off. My wife, as well as many elderly, with bad knees and or arthritis had a very difficult time boarding and exiting.

Old Town Trolley is Ideal Way to See St Augustine - The Old Town Trolley was a great way to see St Agustine. I would definitely recommend it to someone unfamiliar with the city its layout and attractions. However I was very disappointed with the Trip Advisor voucher system. I would get the emails notifying me of my vouchers but could not open the voucher with my iPhone. Very frustrating I even called TA customer service and they were very helpful but could not resolve the problem. If the OTT employee at the ticket both had not been so helpful I would have had to pay for the tour again.

Very informative but very uncomfortable! - Nicely narrated but seats are extremely uncomfortable. They are short in depth even for my short legs. This trolley tour is not for anyone with any back pain. We actually had to get off and walk back about halfway through because 2 people in our party couldn't handle the discomfort any longer. Other than the seats, it is very informative and interesting.

Ups and downs - The trolley guides were excellent. The route is great. The trolley's are not accessible for older adults; there is a steep step up to get to the first, then second step into the seat. How would anyone with a disability get on this? We are able people, but older and this was very difficult, as it was for others on the tour. No accommodations made for people with ortho challenge; how about a step stool? They asked us to write a review before we even took the tour, glad we didn't do that. The 3rd caboose could easily be adjusted to make this fun experience accessible to all.
