Great Tour With Matt - Had an all around great experience with this team. Called a few weeks in advance and spoke with Diane for booking. We were greeted and serviced by Lisa the day of our tour. Our tour guide was Matt - he was great! Super knowledgeable, quick with information, and friendly. Highly recommend this as a family event. Our entire family adults and kids took part and really had fun. Next time, I will make sure my younger kids have a late nap:) Can’t say ENOUGH great things about Lisa also. She was A++++++ Thanks so much!!!

4th Grade Field Trip Success - Our school took a very large group of fourth graders for a tour of St. Augustine, and it was professional, organized, and our leader was AMAZING! They give you the history, details, and make you feel a part of the city. LISA is top notch! They come highly recommended.

Outstanding Guides for Kids - Our experience with Ancient City Tours was AMAZING! We had a 4th grade school trip to St. Augustine, and our guide, Lisa C., was beyond incredible. She was engaging, funny, knowledgeable, and in-tune with the students' questions, concerns, and needs.

Absolutely the BEST! - This was our second year using Ancient City Tours for our 4th grade field trip. This is a huge trip for our students and requires a lot of planning and preparation. Our tour company makes this trip 110% worth it! Our tour guides were knowledgeable, personable, and were really passionate about the kids. They did everything in our power to make this trip flawless and effortless on our part. I had just as much fun as the kids did thanks to our amazing tour guide, Lisa C, and our other group's tour guide, Morganne. They absolutely spoiled us and I can guarantee will we continue using them for years to come! I know our students made lifelong memories on this trip and it was definitely worth it. We were able to accomplish so much in our day including The Fountain of Youth, Old Jail (my favorite part!), Old Town Trolley Tour, free time on St. George street, Castillo de San Marcos, and the Oldest Wooden School House. They definitely made our almost 4 hour trip completely worth it!

Excellent tour guides & customer service. - We have been doing this tour for a couple of years now. They are professionals and always take care of details. They accommodated us with every request. They are definitely an excellent company that care about their customers and have a wealth of knowledge of the history of St. Augustine. Our kids found the the tour fun and they made sure our students were engaged at all times. A++.
