NOTE: Dion Moore is currently battling Stage 4 Lung Cancer. To support him during this challenging time, A Ghostly Encounter has undertaken the responsibility to manage his business by conducting all his tours.
Commencing at 12 St George Street, which is situated next to the Oldest Wooden School House, tours will be conducted.
The 90-minute walk will take visitors through the historical and spooky roads of the Oldest City, spiced with accounts of phantoms, exaggerated stories, and myths. Points of interest include the City Gates, Public Burial Grounds, Tolomato Cemetery, the former Funeral Parlour, and the Grounds of Castillo De San Marcos. The tour concludes at the starting point. Our combined group size across both companies does not exceed 24.

Great tour with Hippie! - Our host Hippie was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and fun. Shared about the history of St Augustine and the folks who haunt the city.

Dion is back! So are the ghost! - Dion is back! This tour was amazing. I have done other ghost tours. This is the only one where we felt spiritual energy. So much so, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. When we went back to our airbnb, we still felt its presence. I tried to play it off, but the flickering lights were too much to deny. This may seem like a joke, but you will find out once you do the tour 👻

A lot of fun learning about the history of the city - Dion IS BACK!! He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and lots of fun too. Tells jokes and even danced a little. Dion made the tour very enjoyable.

Awesome experience - Hippie did an amazing job on our tour. He was very knowledgeable and animated. His stories were very engaging, and he led us through some of the most “active” parts of St Augustine. Well worth the money.

A night of fun and chilling stories.. a great combo - Blanco was a great pirate and an even better guide. Very informative and best of all was fun. We saw things we had not seen before and got up close to places we had just passed by. Thank you Blanco for a very entertaining evening. I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour with a legend. - Apparently we had a legend as far as story telling goes in these parts with Dion. He has been in the business for many years and it showed. Extremely talented, well versed, knowledgeable and tact with his southern accent and confidence works well with his dress for the part. Every other guide we passed greeted Dion with respect that was quit noticeable.
We felt the tour was a good value and fit perfect into our schedule. The tour began in front of this ticketing booth and Dion was a master at keeping things on schedule without any feeling of being rushed. Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the history.

No tour - There was a severe thunderstorm at the time of our tour. The advertisement said we would receive a refund or a rescheduled tour in the event of bad weather. I contacted the host about rescheduling, but got no response.
