• Guests under the age of 18 must have a natural or adoptive parent present with ID to sign waivers at check in
• Guests under the age of 15 must have an adult 18+ with ID to accompany them on the tour
• Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non refundable.
• The total weight limit is 450 lbs for Tandem and Triple Flights

• Check in is 15 minutes prior to departure at the Fury Vessel located on the dock behind Beaches Restaurant at 250 Vilano Rd.
