Fun & informative! - Very interesting history. We have learned so much that the history books won't tell you at other places, but this tour REALLY gave you more info & corrected some of the info that other tourist stops (like museums) tell the public. The couple who own the store are very sweet & informative & our guide was very cool! His myth vs. fact talks were fascinating! We were the only ones on this tour, so it felt like it was easier to follow along too!

Best experience in town - The tour was great we went to places we would have never seen if it wasn’t for this tour the tour is on the south side of town so it’s quiet and spooky and our tour guide Krisie was full of awesome history with just enough spookiness I would highly recommend this tour and the store front and owners are amazing

Great tour company! - We had an emergency and couldn’t make the tour. They were so kind and understanding. I wish we could have rescheduled with this company but we are only in town for the weekend. Thank you!

Spookiest tour in town! - Wow! Can't say enough good things about Heather and Steve! My husband and I took two tours with this company, and both went above and beyond our expectations. First on our list- the Ghostorian's Grimoire walking tour. Heather served as our guide, and provided spooky stories and details as we meandered through the lesser known streets of St Augustine. I must mention- I have been visiting this city for many many years, and have gone on countless tours, and specifically ghost tours. Heather's tour was most certainly the spookiest, and felt like an authentic experience (we had a VERY spooky occurrence, which I haven't experienced in any other tour) vs some of the more cookie cutter tours I've taken before. I would attribute this to the passion that she very clearly has for the supernatural and the city of St. Augustine. Second on our list was the 13 Keys Scavenger Hunt. My husband and I followed a series a clues, solved puzzles, and completed some fun tasks as a part of this self guided tour. It was a living history lesson as we learned about the rich history of St. Augustine, all while having an absolute blast. I could see how this would be a hit for families, large groups, or even bachelor/ette parties. Another thing to note is that both of these tours are COVID-19 safe, as Heather and Steve have made sure to tailor each experience with the health of their guests in mind. Can't wait to book another experience with them the next time we're in town!

Haunted travelers 🧳 - I enjoyed myself!!! The tour guide was very informative and excited about her work and it’s findings. I brought my friend along with me as well and we both are interested in the investigative tour. The tour was a job well done all around! Both exciting and creepy but that’s what makes it fun!!!

Enlightening - Heather was very knowledgeable If you’re looking for actors to pop up out of bushes to scare you then this is not for you This was about actual history of each sight and spirit sightings Heather actually provided photos that either she or former guests took of actual encounters Both Heather and Steven were very friendly and accommodating We really enjoyed the evening Thanks Heather !!!!

Lots of History! - Our party of four booked Haunted Ghost Walk with Heather on Saturday night. It was very informative, lots of history and facts. Clearly, Heather has extensively researched everything she talked about. We walked down streets that I had never been to before. It's amazing how if you walk just a block or two away from the center, it's quiet and peaceful. Most of traffic close by was from horse and carriage rides which added to the historic atmosphere. This is not a kitschy, theatrical, costume type of ghost walk. Highly recommend! Thank you, Heather. Tracy, Bud, Ann and Jerry

Fun filled weekend - I decided to try this one because of the reviews. It was filled with history and stories as well as pictures captured by people. Time flew by and we were very entertained and learned a small amount of history.

Meh it’s your average tour with stories. - Went on a tour with Charlie and it was ok. Actually I was disappointed. I have been on a few other tours in town and I’m looking for those stories that are untold. He started out the stories and then would close the story by saying it was false. What a waist instead of finding a good true story and telling that. His stories were safe and honestly just like every other ghost tour. Not much special.
