We will investigate 1-2 outdoor locations in St. Augustine making attempts to speak and interact directly with the spirits. This is not story telling, this is a hands on paranormal investigation.
This is an outdoor event. Bug Spray and a flashlight are recommended
We provide you the largest variety of paranormal equipment out of any company in St. Augustine. All equipment will be explained, and placed in your hands to investigate with us. Equipment included, but is not limited to, EMF meters, EVP recorders, spirit boxes, Ovilus, and rem devices. Your own vehicle is needed to caravan between locations
All guests will receive free audio captured during their investigation, sent by way of email!

This is our meeting location only. There is no office here. Location is in the parking lot of the St. Augustine Yacht Club. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your tour for check in with the tour guide and park on the side near the water.

Great paranormal investigation - Grayson was so nice and very knowledge! I would do this experience any day over traditional ghost tour in at Augustine. We would highly recommend.

Spooky Trip - My best friend and I take annual trips to spooky places. This year we went to St. Augustine. We booked our ghost hunt with After Dark Investigations and we were not disappointed! Our guide, Grayson, was the best! He was so helpful with using the devices we wanted to make our hunt even better! We plan to use this same company when we go to Gettysburg. We had a great time!!

Meeting my spirit guide….. - This was a phenomenal experience like no other! Grayson, our instructor, was extremely knowledgeable. His acumen concerning the paranormal was impressive. His ability to teach while promoting autonomy is a gift. We are looking forward to our next outing!

Awesome - Being a scaredy cat I was very comfortable and felt very safe. I'm not very mobile and Grayson made it possible for me to interact. My son that I'm also guardian over had a birthday, this was his gift. Grayson brought him a couple of stones and he cherishes them. Thank you so much and we will be back next year!!

Great evening of Investigation - My boyfriend and I ended up being the only participants on the investigation. Grayson had a plethora of equipment available for us to use and did a great job explaining how they work. This was truly an “investigation” and not a ghost tour where the guide tells you stories. It was exactly what we wanted for our evening exploration. Grayson also sent us a file with the audio recordings from the evening the very next day. One particular piece of audio was enough to give all three of us goosebumps!!

The real deal. - This was quite an experience. We spent time on the grounds of the Lighthouse and also around Castillo de San Marcos. Grayson is authentic, knowledgeable and passionate. He was encouraging and especially terrific with the kids! He explained all of the equipment from dowsing rods (which he explained to the kids using the example from Coraline!) to REM pods to proper techniques for the SLS recorder. He truly facilitates a comfortable, unique and personal experience. Thank you, Grayson, for making us all feel like a part of your team! We will definitely do this again!

After Dark St Augustine - What a FANTASTIC experience! Grayson is SO knowledgeable, explained all the equipment and is obviously known by the local spirits as they call him by name! I will HIGHLY recommend this tour and the Gettysburg tour! Thank you Grayson for a FABULOUS experience!

Grayson is very good!! - Grayson did a tremendous job!!! We are Paranormal Investigators from Northern Kentucky. We did bring some of our own equipment but it was awesome Grayson had a lot of equipment and tools we don’t get to use on a regular basis. He was also very knowledgeable about the equipment and areas we investigated.
