The Salt Run Dolphin Tour caters to kayakers at every skill level, even novices! Your knowledgeable guide will set you up with a comprehensive tutorial, a fitted kayak, gear and an incredible eco-experience. The tour commences at St Augustine Lighthouse Park and extends to the picturesque Anastasia State Park.
Must be 15 or older to operate a Solo kayak.

We're always on the beach next to the boat ramp, NOT the marina / Yacht Club. We all wear shirts with Kayak St Augustine on the pocket. You may park in the main parking area, facing the water, by the tennis courts, or along the main entrance road. Do NOT park in the yacht club parking

Fantastic kayak experience - Gary was a fantastic tour guide explaining about the area and all the wildlife we saw. it’s a great location setting out from
the lighthouse and getting a few dolphin sightings topped off a great tour! Would definitely recommend for a fun activity in St Augustine.

Excellent Experience! - Our family did this tour and absolutely loved it! Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the local ecosystem, even throwing in a bit of history and humor for the kids. We saw tons of wildlife including several dolphins. Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome kayak adventure! - We had a great time and saw all sorts of wild life! Logan, our guide, was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating! Sandman was really nice and we got to meet his cute mascot, Gizmo.

GREAT TIME! - It felt wonderful to be paddling out on the water and seeing wildlife so close, even a beautiful dolphin.

Relaxing morning on the water - Very pleasant morning with Gary as our tour guide. No dolphins (it isn’t really high season) but lots of sea turtles and grey herons. Gary provided a bit of a history lesson as well. He did a great job respecting each person’s preferences for speed while also keeping the group together enough to guide us effectively. Nice job!

Fun adventure - We had a great time! Gary was an excellent tour guide! We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and lots of cool birds hunting for fish. We even got to get out of the kayaks and stand on the sand bar! So much fun! Highly recommend!
