A comprehensive day trip exploring the charming towns of South Queensferry, Dunfermline, Lower Largo along with the renowned St Andrews. The itinerary includes a tour to the ancient 11th-century Dunfermline Abbey and the burial site of King Robert ‘The’ Bruce. The birth location of Robinson Crusoe and the ‘Home of golf’, St Andrews, is also a part of the tour. In St Andrews, ample time is provided to wander the quaint lanes, examine the ruins of the castle and cathedral, and wander across the well-known ‘Old Course’.

Friendly Guide Personalized Tour though Lacked Historical Knowledge - We had a great time with our driver - he fully customized our trip based on our preferences - adding a stop and also skipping a stop because we wanted to return home early for a dinner reservation that night. He was fun and talkative and full of great advice. The only weakness was his lack of historical information. We’re a family of history nerds and would’ve liked more historical context, but his specialty was current information and suggestions. He was prompt and communicative

Jam Packed Amazing Day - Our guide Paul treated us to an amazing day with tons of information , some fun stories and great interaction with the whole family. We loved his direction to act out an early scene from Outlander in Falkland village and getting us in the right spots for pictures on the Old Course at St. Andrews. We had a tight schedule on the day of our visit due to evening plans and Paul was more than willing to accommodate and ensured we got in all the sights and still made it to our evening plans in Edinburgh,

All the stops were great. Paul was an excellent guide. - The Old Course at St. Andrews was a highlight. We also enjoyed the beach there, as the kids reenacted the jogging scene from Chariots of Fire.

Worst day of our 16 day... - Worst day of our 16 day trip. We booked Luxury transportation (Mercedes or jaguar) for $800 and they sent a taxi cab. I am prone to motion sickness and felt worse and worse during the day. It was extremely bumpy and uncomfortable. Our husbands had to sit in jump seats. Viator should not be allowed to advertise ‘luxury’ and send a taxicab. Once home I will be seeking a refund.

Driver never showed up! No communication at all. Tried calling company several times. Got voice mail and no call back - Horrible experience. Driver never showed up. Tried calling several times and got voice mail and never received call back. RUINED OUR DAY!! Don’t use this company. They are a fraud!!
