The curriculum builds on existing knowledge, enhancing your grasp of preventive measures and problem management. An enjoyable aspect of the course is the process of tackling and conquering challenges it presents. Many divers deem the course as intense yet gratifying, often claiming it to be the best they’ve ever enrolled in.
- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel

Highly professional and incredibly friendly - I had the most amazing time diving with Goodiving. Andrea and Roberta are awesome people and they certainly look after you! You'll always feel at ease.
I did a few speciality courses (rescue, wreck, nitrox, buoyancy) and felt supported and informed the whole time. The equipment was well looked after and in near perfect condition. I always felt safe. The selection of dive sites was spot on and the videos they take are great.
One more thing to mention is the snacks. They somehow pick the most perfect watermelons and I couldn't get enough of the cookies! The next time I return to Tenerife, I will be straight down the Goodiving Dive Centre.
