The Trip Was Great — James Made It Even Better - The trip was excellent, and our guide, James, made it truly memorable. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail added much value to the experience.

Fun day outta Brisbane - Had a really nice time despite the rainfall . Guide was great and informative . Comfortable bus and timely pick up . Would recommend this tour .

Great experience - Had an amazing time. The views were amazing and the guide was great. Guide was on time and was very informative and knew how and where to look for the wildlife and took the time to stop so we could all see them.

James= Legend - James was an absolute legend! His wealth of knowledge about Australia and his love and passion for his country was evident throughout the expedition.

Wildlife watching with an expert spotter! - The best part of this experience was our EXTREMELY observant and helpful guide, James. He knew all about the various birds and their calls, and was amazingly skilled at spotting wildlife. Among other notable finds, he spotted a koala in the bush from the bus, and pulled off so we could all observe it. He also helped us observe various lizards, including large monitors. We had a great time.

James was a wealth of... - James was a wealth of knowledge. He shared so much information with the group about the rainforest and Australia. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We wouldn’t have been... - We wouldn’t have been able to see these national parks without a tour like this so it was nice having all the arrangements coordinated. However, our guide Bruce left a lot to be desired. You could barely hear a word he said while driving, when taking us on walks at each stop he only talked to the person closest to him at the front of the group, and kept making sexist jokes and references about and towards females (things like “You’re prettier than the lady over there” etc). As a man it was making me uncomfortable, and the females would just awkwardly giggle or intentionally be further away from him. If we had a better and more engaging guide this excursion would’ve been a lot better but if I’m back and consider another this operator offers, I would be sure to inquire who the guide is and if it’s Bruce, I’d book elsewhere.

Awful experience- left behind and screamed at - Did not happen for me. I'm sure this will be disputed but this was my experience and you can take from it what you will. The registration time was 735 at 222 Margret street where I Was staying. I came down at 735 and because of a bit of elevator issues it took 5 minutes to get down. The leave time was 745 so being down at 740 should not have been an issue. I thought I was in the wrong place and asked the reception who pointed to where the bus normally is but said she didn't recall seeing it yet. I messaged the operator via the app which is time stamped and got no response. I then messaged viator via the app and after a back and forth and I assume them contacting the operator I got a message saying they left at 750 and called I was no there so unlucky. This was a 7+ hour tour to be clear and they are saying they waiting. 5 minutes by their own account. As this was happening I got their number from viator and rang them and got the worst nastiest attitude being yelled at before I could say anything. He was shouting they don't leave guests which I didn't even suggest which tells me it was on his mind which suggests but happened before. I was trying to be solutions oriented and trying to meet the bus since he claimed they only left 5 minutes prior but he was having none of it. To be clear we are leaving from Brisbane a Cory for 5-10 minutes is the difference of a few stop lights or road blockage, again ona. 7+ hour tour. This would be the difference of someone stuck in a bathroom or taking a picture or in line at a gift shop. This amount of time must be built into a 7+ hour tour. He insisted they called but I text him the phone records showing no missed calls. This is aside from the fact my AI answering service would have answered and kept a record. Once he cooled down a bit he offered to rebook me but I was only in town for the day. He then gave a few ideas of other things to but but offered no refund or apology just insisting it was my fault because I was not there despite having time stamped photos showing I was there and the recyas a witness. He claimed they had to leave because they had so many people on the bus and could not wait what would have been at most of everything he said is true 10 minutes for a 7+ hour tour so take that for what it's worth. It was just bad customer service and attitude. If there was such a packed bus they couldn't wait 5 minutes and no incremental cost or they didn't pay anything more for me being their then why not refund it as a courtesy rather than scream that they don't leave guests behind? Why the need to be right at risk of making guest look bad. I thought I was being gaslight but I was talking to other tour operators and they were embarrassed because it bad Queensland operators and Australia look bad to guests. The lady working at the train station felt awful for me and was the one who made me feel I was not off. I just think even if you take what they claimed is 100% Accurate it just poor attitude and service. Let's say they left at 750 5 minutes after departure, what if someone was 5 minutes late on the train getting there? What if you were stuck in a bathroom will they leave you as well? Let's say they did call, many foreign tourists don't have signal so they may not get the call(my phone worked fine for every other call). So if you don't have a sim or service you are left behind in 5 minutes. If you just left why not come right back or wait and give me a few mins to catch up. if it was a misunderstanding why not just refund it rather than yell at a customer. It just didn't work out for me and hopefully others had better experiences but that was my experience and I can not recommend this operator with that attitude.
