- Bring a face mask, hand sanitizer, a bottle of water, and sunglasses.
- Must wear close-toed shoes. No sandals or flip flops allowed.
- Arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to the tour. The gates are closed and locked at tour time. No late entries allowed. Any latecomers will need to reschedule and pay a $25 reschedule fee.

We had such a wonderful time because it felt very private and relaxed! We loved how informative our tour guide was and I appreciated how well loved all the animals are. My kids have been talking about this place for days after our tour!

I think our tour was anything but “basic” we had a wonderful guide! The facility was spotless- all the pens and the animals were in fantastic condition. Can’t wait to go again!
