- Bring a face mask, hand sanitizer, a bottle of water, and sunglasses.
- Must wear close-toed shoes. No sandals or flip flops allowed.
- Arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to the tour. The gates are closed and locked at tour time. No late entries allowed. Any latecomers will need to reschedule and pay a $25 reschedule fee.

The guides were excellent, very attentive to the kids crazy questions and remarks. Took it all in stride! The personalized attention during the reptile encounter was impressive. Truly nice guys and very knowledgeable.

The guide was good, the animals were great, and the help from staff was wonderful. The only thing I’d say is having a better design for their shirts you order; they are a bit hard to read due to the color choices.

Tour guides were perfect. It was good. Maybe could be cheaper but understand money needed to care for animals. I will be bringing the grandkids
