Fantastic evening - Can highly recommend a visit to Stefano and his wonderful family. It was a memorable evening where, in addition to getting introduced to the Italian cooking art, you also got a glimpse of Stefano and his, and the family, history. Can only recommend it. You won't be disappointed. Great experience.

Discovering True Umbrian Cooking - My adult daughter and I attended the cooking class, it was wonderful but much more! Stefano and his son made the evening a cultural experience. By the end of the evening we were family. The class was fun, yet very educational. Stefano has a way of delivering amazing food in a simple manner.

Best way how to spend time in umbria. - Is impossible explain how was wonderfull and fun this experience.
We arrive in a paradise in the middle of the nature in spoleto and we felt like at home.
Stefano and barbara give us immediatily the humor for feel like at home.
We start to prepar after drink a special meal with great fresh goods and wonderfull truffle.
We spend fantastic time togheter....i hope to see you soon guys.
