There are some graphic and model representations here that I use for an introduction to what is going to be shown inside the Palace. We loved Toni and our tour! - Best tour we’ve ever been on. Toni is a delight; very engaging and knowledgeable. He uses his renderings showing how each spot would have looked in 305 AD. We had a very small group and Toni explained about the history of Yugoslavia as well because we were interested in that too. Amazing tour—take it and you will love it!

Very thoughtful and detailed - I managed to be the only one and the tour guide was extremely nice. Explained everything in detail and even had no problem going off-topic and answering my curious questions.

10 from 10 points - Very able and amenabel guide Toni made a great tour for us. The insides into former roman and medieval days were as vibrant and interesting as the insights into nowadays croatian life. For us "foodies" he offered priceless recommendations, too. Thank you for guiding us. It's been of great value to us.

The one thing you need to do in Split - I love taking tours when I am in a new city, but a lot of times they're just *fine*, nothing more than what one could read on Wikipedia, and somewhat forgettable. THIS is not that kind of tour...this tour was hands down the best I have ever been on (in fact, I am writing this review 5 months later, I thought I had left a review on Viator, but hadn't- 5 months later and I am still thinking about it!) What a fascinating city, with so many layers of history. I actually liked it better than Dubrovnik. Toni is not only an expert on the subject, he also has a teacher's ability to captivate and communicate in an interesting way- and this is no small thing. In that sense, he is more an educator than a tour guide, and I mean that as a high compliment. If you are in Split, you will get so much more out of your experience to hire Toni!

Wonderful, Informative Tour! - Toni was absolutely wonderful! He is super passionate about his tour and has a wealth of knowledge. He also has a great sense of humor and adaptability. He is kind and welcomes questions throughout the tour. We were able to see everything that was on my must see list, and he even left me with recommendations of more things to see after the tour. The 3D renditions he has make seeing the sites much more interesting as you have an ideas of what it used to look like. I learned a lot about the history of Split and the various cultural influences throughout Croatia. I highly recommend this tour!
