You’ll be led by a guide through the historic Diocletian’s Palace and the historical avenues of Split, ending up at the Uje oil bar - a gastronomic staple in Split. You’ll learn about the methods of assessing olive oil quality and will be acquainted with unique Croatian wine types. You’ll enhance this experience by pairing olive oil with fleur de sel, matured red wine vinegar, freshly-baked bread from our oven, green olive tapenade, blended sheep and bovine cheese, and fig jam. Following the tour, you’ll have some free time prior to being transported back to your accommodation.
