Your private driver and dedicated trekking tour guide will meet you at your hotel or chosen spot in Tenerife at 7:30 am (we recommend setting off early for this tour).
Upon arrival at the National Park, your journey to the summit of Teide begins. The trek duration is around 5 hours and 30 minutes, during which your guide will stick by your side.
There will be several breaks for a short rest and to fuel up on food and drinks (a picnic provision of food and beverage is included in the tour). Once at the peak, brace yourself for the breathtaking vista that awaits.
The descent involves a cable car ride back to the National Park where your ride awaits. However, in the event of harsh weather or strong winds that lead to the closure of the cable car, you may need to walk back or possibly not carry on with the tour at all. We make sure to keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the tour.
