The excitement begins at El Golfo, a location so breathtaking it regularly features in popular Hollywood movies. Next, visit Jameos del Agua’s underground saltwater lake. This prehistoric volcanic cave was transformed into a bar and concert venue by esteemed local architect, Cesar Manrique. After your meal, you will explore a winery located on volcanic soil as you learn about local grape cultivation and taste distinctive wines from La Geria, understanding their significance to the local economy.

The unique natural environment of Lanzarote earned it the title of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1993. The main attraction is no doubt Timanfaya National Park. Follow the well-known Lunar Route to examine lava fields, volcanic craters, and spouting geysers as you delve into the reasons behind the entire island’s UNESCO recognition. Experience the phenomenon firsthand as you feel the ground’s warmth and see brushwood ignite.

October 2923 - Lanzarote 2023 I took a day trip from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote and it was really fantastic, especially the Veratur guide who spoke three languages, we saw many attractions, the underground queva, the wine cellar but above all the volcano, the El Pueblo restaurant, the only restaurant that they cook the meat on the timanfaja volcano
