Excellent day out! - I went on this trip with my 13 year old son and we had a great day, can’t recommend highly enough - informative and educational and our guide Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was great to learn lots of information about this beautiful country that we weren’t expecting too! We particularly loved the camel ride (at a small extra cost) and the national park tour was fantastic and again informative. The whole day was very well organised and bus picked us up and dropped us back off at our hotel completely hassle free.

5 Stars ! - Roland provided a great tour experience. We had a fabulous time & thoroughly enjoyed each stop. Getting to pass all the traffic on the way to the volcanos was also a great bonus! Would recommend this trip.

Very nice excursion with breathtaking views - Exceptional driver, smooth roof, perfectly trilingual guide, attentive to everyone. We were able to stop long enough at each location and were able to see everything we wanted.

Lanzarote explorer - Nice day off trip . Park is very big but well organised. Surrounded by the volcanic scenery looks very picturesque.

Good family friendly tour. - We did the trip as 2 adults and 3 children. A good length tour, if you don’t want to commit to the a longer full day tour- was back at the hotel by 4pm. Very well organised and your guide Roland was very knowledgable . A highlight for us was Melvin the coach driver-the kids really took to him, and his expert driving around Timanfaya was great fun! We took our own lunch, as the buffet style lunch would have been rushed, and to save the additional cost.

Reasonable day out - The trip was enjoyable overall. A good way to see a few of the main attractions if you're there for a few days.  * Stopped for coffee and the toilet in Yaiza. * Stop for optional camel ride (11 EUR) and photo (7 EUR). We didn’t take up this option. * Ten minute stop for demonstrations of several examples to show that volcanos are hot (who knew?) at the cafe in Timanfaya. * Bus ride around the single track road in the Timafaya lava fields. * Stop for buffet lunch (11 EUR) back at the cafe in Yaiza. * Stop at El Golfo to point at the Green Lagoon and take photos (10 mins). * Stop at La Geria vineyard (about 20 minutes). We didn’t partake in the optional buffet lunch as we took our own packed lunch.

Trip recommended but be prepared to go hungry. - The trip was enjoyable on the whole. A good way to see as much as you can if you're there for a few days. Micheal our tour guide was knowledgeable. The group size is too large of you asked me cos lots of time was spent picking people up, which reduces the time that could be spent at the sites of interest. The buffet was utterly disappointing- I think the restaurant overbooked and by the time our tour group got there (we were the last), there wasn't enough food and people were left scrapping the pans for what little was left. We paid the full price of €12 and left the place hungry. It was a con job to say the least. Micheal seemed sincere in his apology for the lack of food but he did bring us there- it was an arrangement between the tour company and the restaurant, and according to him, there was no other place big enough on Lanzarote to accommodate that large a group of people, therefore it felt like we didn't have much of a choice. It seems the lack of food was a rare/one-off occurrence but my advice would be to check if there's food before you pay for the buffet. We were assigned our seats canteen-style and charged first before they showed us where the food was.

A good way to see some of the south - A lovely day out. Slight confusion with the pickup location but this was resolved in good time. I did the optional camel ride but didn't bother with the lunch buffet, just relaxed with my own sarnies and a coffee. Rode camel with another solo traveller which was nice. All in all would recommend to see the south of the island.

Not as organised as other tours done with viator - Pick up was late; then we had a short ride to meet with another coach as we were told we were on a different tour. Had been told that a different shuttle would bring 4 of us back to Playa Blanca but this was not the case. Tour really started at around 10 30 by the time everyone was on the right bus.Good to see the volcano by bus as cars were not allowed on this part of the tour. Nothing special at the top of the volcano a short stop to see brushwood thrown into the hole to make fire. We held some stones to see how hot they were and watched water being poured into a guieser to make steam. Impressive views from the ride through the park on the bus. Camel stop was the right amount of time for those who wanted to ride them. Then we went back to the same spot where we changed buses for lunch. Buffet lunch provided for those who wanted to pay for it. About an hours stop for this. We then headed to the coast which was good to see a short stop there to see the lake inside the volcano. Wine tasting a quick stop to taste a sip of wine and use the gift shop. The guide was informative about the vines and all his knowledge along the tour. The tour would of scored more if we had been taken back to our resort after the wine tasting as we would of been back around 3.30ish also.We then dropped people back to their hotels at around 3 .30ish. We had to sit on the bus until 5.30 as we were the last stop. Tour length was actually 10.30 till 3. Pick ups from hotels for us started at 9 and finished at 5 30. All of this was seen riding backwards in a bus as we were the last on the double decker bus and only those seats were left from the ground floor of the bus. Spent most of the time working out the opposite directions as we were travelling backwards.

Good trip, very very bad "restaurant" choice - The trip itself was good, pick up was efficient and the bus was comfortable enough. The sights were good, the volcano demonstrations were great and the information was helpful- as was the guide. My low rating is due to the food stop off halfway through the day, where we paid nearly €30 to be dropped at a "restaurant" in the middle of nowhere and the only choice of food was a buffet- with food that had concerning temperatures and flies everywhere. The wine included was not drinkable, and they also sat us with 2 strangers on a small table which made for an even more uncomfortable experience. We had been on the excursion for 4/5 before we stopped for this food, so were very hungry and had to eat something- we each had a small plate of the safest options and then had 45 minutes to wait around outside for the rest of the group
