Stepped into the breech and went beyond expectations. Reserve your trip now. - Minorboats stepped in when the operator we had originally booked with (Menorquina Charter) let us down badly and tried to blame us. Turns out Minorboats were fantastic, Laura was helpful and polite on our arrival and reassured our party when she heard our tail of woe. Skipper Gustavo was brilliant and very informative. Fabulous boat with snorkel etc. paddle board and unlimited drinks. Turned a potential disaster into a fabulously enjoyable afternoon which we intend to repeat on our next visit. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Mechanical failure- non-refund of money. - little explanation, We had a problem with the cuff of the boat and it stalled four times at sea. We had to call the emergency tfno of minorboats the person who fixed it, I didn't know if we would have gasoline. As we had a bit of a hard time, for them a silly thing, for us with two children we decided to safely leave the boat, we barely sailed 1 hour of the 4 hired. had no other boat to leave us, so we asked for the amount to be refunded since it had been a mechanical failure (as contracted must) they didn't. By the way, the boat they gave us wasn't the one in the pictures. The day before we were asked to pay cash.
