- Zion National Park, UT - The best way to experience Zion National Park! This Zion adventure is private, and as such can be customized to fit your needs. We focus primarily on three trails: West Rim Trail (to Scouts Lookout), Watchman Trail, Emerald Pools Trail. Portions of each of these trails may be combined to create the ultimate Zion experience. When time permits, we love to share some of the other areas of the park including Weeping Rock, Big Bend, and the Temple of Sinawava.
After our day of hiking in the park, we will enjoy a charcuterie board picnic at the Grotto picnic area. Cured Meats, Fruits, Pickled Goods, Cheeses, Spread, Crackers and Nuts. GF/Vegan options available with 48hr advance notice.

Additional Information
This exclusive walking tour and picnic is ideal for Older Adults and Families with Kids. During this activity, we will gain knowledge of the canyon’s formation, the local plant and animal life, and the abundant human history tied to the region. We’ll also understand the significance of National Parks and methods to maintain and safeguard them. As we deem the parks to be a space for families to forge enduring memories, a maximum of 2 children aged 12 and below can join for free when accompanied by adults who have paid.

We meet all hikers at the Zion Canyon Village, in front of the pedestrian bridge entrance to Zion National Park. Your guide will message you the morning of, with a description of their outfit.

Zion Canyon guided hike - Moises is such a great guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the park and was easily able to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend him.

AWESOME GUIDES, FUN DAY - Thanks to Michael and Moi we had an AMAZING day of hiking! We learned SOOO MUCH and had such fun with them! Next time we'll book them for everyday of the trip!

Zion Hike - We had an amazing experience with Cedar & Sage Trekking. Our tour guide, Moises, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and fun. We were able to do two hikes in our allotted time, and Moises even provided us with an amazing charcuterie lunch halfway through our day. We will definitely be back and do another hike with this company!

Bryce's breathtaking Beauty - I can't say enough good things about our experience in Bryce with Moises from Cedar and Sable Treking. The hike was perfect and a good challenge. Lunch was fantastic. Our guide's knowledge of the park and care for us was a blessing and a memory that will remain with us!

Best day in Zion! - We had the most wonderful day hiking with Michael! From start to finish working with him was a breeze. Michael gave us some helpful ideas prior to our hike so we could figure out what we wanted to do. As the day approached , the weather was looking poor for a day outside and Michael was very accommodating. Luckily, the weather held out and we were able to proceed as planned. During our hike, Michael had so much information to share with us- about the park history, things we were seeing, stories etc. It was also very encouraging when the hike got hard to have him with us, telling us how much further we had to go. He was interesting and fun to talk to. While we could have hiked without a guide, we all felt we would have missed out on so much. We were all engaged the entire day and learned so much more than we possibly could have, if we had not been with a guide. If you are looking to add a special touch to a day in Zion, call Michael!

Best guide we've ever had! - Moises is hands down the best guide we've ever had. He absolutely made our trip to Zion National Park. He was friendly and engaging and oh so knowledgeable. The picnic lunch was beyond anything we expected. Book this tour I promise you won't regret it!

Wonderful hike and tour - We had a wonderful experience with this tour. Moises was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of knowledge about the park, the plants and trees, and the area. We spent our time hiking the Emerald Pools trails. The age range of our group of 6 was 11 years to upper 60s. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. It was a great experience for our whole group. The snacks and food were tasty, as well.

Zion Hike - Micheal was amazing. Had so much knowledge and was so patient with our pace. He took so many beautiful photos of us. Also gave us great places to visit in St George. Highly recommend this tour.
