Zion's Wildest Whirlybird - We enjoyed our aerial tour of Zion area courtesy of Zion Helicopters. Our departure was slightly delayed, but any impatience we might have experienced was quickly mollified by the free glass of champagne we were offered. We enjoyed excellent weather for our flight, and we were awed by Zion’s rugged beauty – which is uncharacteristically green this year, thanks to abundant rain and snow last winter. We liked the cocky attitude of our pilot Jordan, (you definitely don’t want someone nervous and hesitant flying you over mile-high mountains), and we felt completely safe with him at the helm. Strongly recommended.

Don’t miss this experience! - An exciting adventure like no other. Soar above the canyons and see spectacular vistas that can only be seen this way. Worth every penny.

100 Mile Zion 360 / Canaan Cliffs Tour + Zion Butte Landing Experience - We opted for the private tour so it was three of us plus the pilot. First, our pilot was excellent. Immediately made us feel like he was a part of our family. The entire trip was wonderful as we were lucky enough to catch the Aspen leaves in full color. Our 100 mile trip took us across some "green" mountains that were just full of color. The most exciting part was crossing over the upper end of the Narrows just outside the Park. Totally different experience looking down into them. We had hiked up The Narrows on foot earlier. The butte landing was great also, highly recommend it as it gives you a view that few will ever see. If you want an experience that will stick with you for the rest of your life then I recommend the longer flight with the butte landing.

Amazing - Our pilot was very knowledgeable about the area. He provided us with a great ride and had great tunes. Would highly recommend this tour.

I wish I could have stopped time. - My husband and I recently went on a 100 mile Canaan Cliff Tour with a landing on a Butte. Our pilot, Alex, was excellent. There were high winds that day so a few minutes before our flight he went up and checked how the winds affected the helicopter's performance. Because he's flown Zion many times, he changed our flight path so that we could still go and yet be safe. I cannot find adequate words to describe our experience. For anyone that loves to fly, or longs to, it's a dream come true. Seeing the world as a bird sees it, especially landing on the Butte and walking around suspended high up in the air where only a bird could land was breath taking. The sun was setting and reflecting off the cliffs while I heard nothing but the breeze and my footsteps in the sand. I wished I could have stopped time. A helicopter ride is a MUST to see the entire beauty of Zion and this company does it well.

Great views of the entire region - We took the 100 mile tour. Four of us - two in front and two in the back seats (one at each window. Each of us could see well. Helicopters are not allowed in Zion Canyon, but the trip around the area showed plenty. We recommend the bluff experience - 15+ minutes with a fine view.

Great ride, limited view in back. - The pilot was very good and very informative. The only negative point is that the back window of the helicopter has a limited view, and with 4 people in the back, the people in the center seats do not have a clear view.
