Comfortable and beautiful way to experience Monument Valley. - Lovely introduction to Navajo life in Monument Valley. Cody was delightful and a talented guide. Our dinner and cultural stop in a hogan was very nice. Our speaker in the hogan was informative and has a beautiful singing voice. We enjoyed our Native American tocos. The open air vehicle was comfortable with our group of six. It’s impossible not to take a few great photos with the stunning landscapes in all directions. Thank you Cody for a very enjoyable evening.

Great experience! - Our driver and guide, Tony, was very kind in sharing lots of stories of his Navajo culture. We got to stop at a hogan and talk with Suzy who spins her own yard to make Indian rugs. He also took us to a lot of great places you don't see on the self-drive tour and gave us lots of helpful tips for where to shoot the best pics. Be aware, that this particular tour was in an open air vehicle and since we had the 9 a.m. tour it was chilly at first.

Highly Recommend Toney and the Sunrise Tour - Amazing. We were lucky with good weather, but even luckier to have had Toney as our guide. He was there early and gave us a great personal tour of the monuments, with some personal anecdotes and recommendations as well. We were there in the winter (late January) and my husband and I were the only ones on the tour. Toney had great suggestions for good photos and interesting insights about him and his family.

Beautiful tour on a chilly morning - We booked the 6:30am sunrise tour. It was beautiful, and Duffy did a great job telling us about the Navajo culture and helping us take pictures.

Amazing! - Monument Valley is one of the most beautiful places I’ve had the privilege of visiting. It was made all the better by Toney our tour guide. Toney made sure we got great pictures, showed us angles and tricks with our iPhone camera. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was very cold (in the twenties) in the morning he had the car nice and warm for us. He took his time to make sure we saw all the rock formations and explain what they resemble. He also explained the Navajo culture and traditions. Overall great experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.

A wonderful tour. - Guides really make these types of tour. We were so lucky that ours, a local, was exceptional. He knew where to get some amazing photographs of the sunrise, and had some great access and routes. So informative and knowledgable too. A lovely bloke. Next time we are there, we will do an overnight tour, hopefully with the same guide. Thank you Tony, you made a lovely excursion into an exceptional one.

Brilliant sunrise tour - We joined Toney on the sunrise tour of monument valley and it didn't disappoint. We were not only wow'ed by the beautiful scenery, vibrant sunrise colours but also Toney's knowledge and hospitality. We were treated to a lovely Navajo demonstration of drums, flute and singing. Can't recommend Monument Valley Safari's enough!

Stood up - We used their website to book a tour for 6/10/20. I received a confirmation email of the credit card charge and tour time and where to meet at. I called multiple times to confirm and left messages but never received a call back but I figured since they took payment, sent confirmation emails and their website showed up and running all would be good. We drove 2 hours to the meeting place. Once there we realized the park was completely closed off - we couldn’t even gain access to where we were supposed to meet. The gate guard said to wait and they should meet us there - they never showed up or called. Mind you, we did see another tour operator running with customers so we still thought it might be feasible.
I sent an email to them afterwards and asked for a refund and never received a response. That evening I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute process for the charges. The next morning 6/11 I received another automated email thanking me for attending the tour!
I understand that COVID-19 may be the reasoning behind all of these issues but the least they could do is update their website that they are closed and turn off their automatic email confirmations and payment accepting.
