Let your hubby have a drive free day and see backcountry sites only a Navajo guide can show you. - We were picked up at the local KOA. My husband is disabled and it was a long step up into the back of the 4 wheel truck. Our guide Larry had a step and pleasantly put out the step at every stop. Larry took photos for everyone and at one stop even played a Navajo flute. Met some other guides for Tribal and they were equally nice. Great tour!!!

A BUCKET LIST EXPERIENCE!! - It was an outstanding experience. Very spiritual and moving tour. Incredible views and a lot to see. Larry Tean was our guide. He was excellent, describing the monuments, talking about the history of the Valley and even playing a Navaho flute in one of the alcoves. FANTASTIC!

Unique experience, absolutely participate - What a great tour. We were picked up with five other guests at the KOA and driven by Larry through Monument Valley. Larry in particular has done a lot to make the ride a unique experience with his inimitable, calm manner. We saw fantastic landscapes and rock formations, Larry knew something to tell about everything. Definitely recommended, ask for Larry.

Our experience with the... - Our experience with the Monument Valley Extended Backcountry Tour with Tribal Tours was a perfect blend of beautiful scenery and Navajo culture. Larry, our guide, was a captivating storyteller with an artistic spirit. Not only did he bring stories of the land and his people to life, he also helped us capture the best pictures along the way and graced us with a beautiful melody on a Native American flute. The experience was well worth it!

Highly Recommended! - I highly recommend this tour if you are at Monument Valley. It exceeded our expectations. We saw the beautiful landscape, were treated to Native American culture and music in an acoustic cave, visited traditional housing and learned of traditional crafts and customs, and our guide also pointed out sites where movies were filmed. MUST DO!
