The young lady working at the front desk was amazing!! very courteous and helpful in ALL things Moab. We rented eBikes and she was able to explain not only how to use them, but gave us great ideas on where we could travel to site see outside of the city (and within in battery range:-) She also gave us other ideas to explore in Moab that didn't directly involve bicycles. Each time we went back she was very friendly and gave great suggestions.

Excellent service. They got right to work and set the bike up for my weight. I had zero problems with the bike in the two days that I rented and had one of the best Moab rides of my life.

I had rented e-bikes for a trip from Toronto to Moab in what we thought was going to be a good weather window. It turned out to rain most days. The guys at Bike Feind were amazing and let us move the reservation several times so that we could ride when it wasn't raining. They were really helpful to chat with about trails and overall really nice people. We came back and rented again from the shop spontaneously when we got another good riding day and again they were amazing to deal with. When we return to Moab I will rent from Bike Fiend again.
