Easy process of renting and learning how to operate. We had a great time riding the area and getting to some of the main attractions.

My wife and I and our two boys rented some bikes from EZ-riders. The owner, Freddy, was very accessible and responded to our phone calls or texts immediately. He let us try some different sizes of the bikes and he even met us on the bike path to refresh a battery for a longer ride we chose to do. We checked out a few different places in town, and EZ-Riders was the best bargain. The bikes were in excellent condition and we had a great time!

Fredy was experienced, helpful and easy to work with when renting the Ebikes. He took extra time to ensure each person in our large group Understood how to use and operate the Ebike since it was our first time. Freddy was prompt and courteous when we had billing questions and concerns. I would recommend Fredy to anyone renting Ebikes at Bryce Canyon Resorts.

It was very casual. We didn’t sign a waiver and helmets were optional. My saddle and handlebar grips were tilted and my husband’s brakes needed adjustment. I wouldn’t recommend this rental for inexperienced cyclists.
