My family had a great experience on the Colorado. - Today my family and I went on a full day rafting tour of the Colorado River. We had a great time floating down the river and learning about the environment around us. Our guide, John, was very nice and experienced as well. We would highly recommend this trip to others looking for a fun day in the river.

Spencer is the man - Spencer is the man! I’d go back today, but only for Spencer. He makes my heart sing. The bald eagles were beautiful, but not as beautiful as when Spencer took his shirt off.

Adrift Adventures Moab, Utah - WE GOT TO VISIT MOAB WITH FRIENDS WHO HAD BEEN GOING EVERY OTHER YEAR. THEY INSISTED WE TAKE A TRIP AT Adrift Adventures. IT WAS JUST SPECTACULAR. TO SEE THIS GREAT AREA BY RAFT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. OUR GUIDE CLAIRE TIPPED US OFF TO INTERESTING SIGHTS AS WELL AS HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT PIECES OF INFORMATION. THERE WAS NOT A QUESTION THAT WENT WITHOUT ANSWER. WORDS CAN NOT DO THIS TRIP JUSTICE. IT WAS FUN, SAFE, INSPIRING AND OF COURSE, EXCITING. WE WANT TO GO BACK!

Just awesome! - A completely fantastic day with Jacob, who with his knowledge, humor and "age" managed to give everyone in our family a great trip down the colorado river!

We had a great time and... - We had a great time and Kelly was awesome, at this time of year (late July) water is down and a bit calm. We will try again when it’s a bit more exciting. After seeing the bigger companies and the amount of people, we were very happy we chose adrift.

Amazing. Request Jacob as a guide - Highly recommend adrift adventures! Very reasonable price and the guides were really knowledgeable. We got lucky and had the best one in our opinion. His name was Jacob and we highly recommend requesting him. I came with my family of 8 and he remembered all our names and engaged and asked us all questions. He was super funny and had a lot of fun facts. We had an absolute blast. We do this trip every summer, but this was the first time with this company. We will definately be coming back and will be requesting Jacob again. I would recommend bringing lots of sunscreen and your own waterbottle. They have things to refill, but make sure your drinking enough as it's easy to overheat.

Great River Rafting Trip - Our river trip was great! Sam was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgeable of the river and the surrounding area. The Fisher Towers trip was mostly scenic with a few easy and splashy rapids (Class I and II). The provided lunch was a good and more than enough. Overall highly recommend this trip and Adrift Adventures.

A fun rafting trip! - This was a really fun day trip for our family of 4. The staff is friendly and funny. We reserved our trip online, then checked in the day before our trip to complete the waivers. You have to arrive at 8am for the morning or full day tour, where they get you fitted for life vests, then you take a 45 minute bus ride to the launching point. The first few miles on the river are peaceful with beautiful scenery, and our guide was very informative and answered my kids' many questions. There are several fun rapids on the first section; the water level was pretty high so they weren't too rough. Our kids are 8 and 10 and it felt safe and fun for them. You stop for lunch on a sandy spot along the river, the staff sets up a table with sandwiches, sides and cookies. They also provide water refills if you bring your own water bottle. Definitely bring sun screen, sunglasses and a hat, and shoes and clothes you don't mind getting wet. The bus ride home is only about 20 minutes. The day we chose was unseasonably windy and cold in the morning, so definitely bring a long sleeve layer just in case, even in the summer. There seemed to be fewer rapids on the second half (afternoon) portion of the trip, so if you have to choose between AM or PM i would do AM, although if we do it again we would still opt for the full day option.
