A FANTASTIC DAY OUT - I would highly recommend hiring an E-bike from Better by Bike to ride the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. I hadn't ridden a bike for many years and I had never ridden an E-bike - Leo took time to make me feel at ease by letting me try out several bikes and giving awesome tuition on the workings of the E-bike. Nothing was too much trouble - he even volunteered to take photographs of my daughter and myself before and after the ride. The trail itself is a "must" - very pictoresque with signs and information along the way plus places to stop for refreshments. Riding through the old train tunnel was great fun.

Must do e-bike hire to explore the rail trail - What a fantastic day. 4 of us all over 50 none of which had been on a bike for like forever & never an ebike, we easily did the whole 24km ride out & back. We were each given helmets & all adjustments were made on the bike so it suited each individual. After a run through on how to use the ebike we were off. Great bikes with a saddle bag for your gear & a bike lock for when you stop to enjoy the cafes along the way. My friends & I highly recommend this bike hire company. Staff was exceptional 👌

Northern Rivers Rail Trail - Fabulous trail, we did Murwillumbah to Crabbes Creek. Great e-bike rides from Better By Bike, beautiful scenery from farmland to tropical setting. Trail is easy to ride and very user and family friendly.

Great days riding. - Nice easy ride and on the ebike so much easier. We went up and back and then had some lunch half way and a stop in on the gallery on the way back. great views and attractions along the way. I would recommend it even for non experienced riders.

Bucket list bike ride - This was an incredible day out. I would never have thought I could do 50km biking in a day. The e-bike offers just enuf that you still feel you have done all the work and the turbo when you need that bit more energy

Must do for anyone loving the outdoors with side adventures - Awesome must do experience- the fellas were super friendly and made it a breeze. Awesome tracks and it’s a foodie dream with plenty of stops and quality eats. Highly recommend Margaret olly art gallery and a beverage on the deck. The pub was a real old fashioned pub feed and little produce stops, gelato and even fresh flowers. We loved it 🥰

Best Day Out - Best day out riding the trail. The bikes were simple to use and great fun. We did 50km with family aged from 22-63 and everyone managed really well.
Great to take water and snacks with you but there are stops along the way if you need a bathroom or a meal/drink.
We saw eagles, a water dragon and a goanna.
Great day out - totally recommend this company!

Best family day ever!! - Sooooo much fun! What a great experience - the guys at the Murwillumbah Better By Bike shop kitted us up with three e-bikes, and everything we needed for the ride. They gave us a quick briefing and made sure our 9 yr old daughter was confident on the bike before setting us off - I could not recommend these guys more - the are right at the start of the rail trail too! Make sure you stop at Hosana Farm Stay for lunch and check out the animals - and at Mooball, the pub has a pool for a swim!! Its was amazing! We will definitely be back - one of our best days ever!!
