An amazing day - Brad took care of us on a personalised tour to the Pitons, waterfall and sugar beach. We were so well looked after and enjoyed everywhere he took us, giving js info and stopping for photos. Reliable and friendly service felt like friends taking you around, we especially loved the local lunch stop. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, thanks Brad!

My grandson and I had the... - My grandson and I had the best time ever. Loved everything we did. Our tour guide was amazing. He even took our pictures while we were having fun. Took us to a local restaurant to taste the food of St. Lucia.

Perfect day - Our driver Brad made every effort to ensure our experience was personalized and enjoyable. He found us a restaurant to our liking ahead of time and got the menu so we could preorder and not waste time. He was always accessible to ensure we didn’t have any needs while exploring the island. I would highly recommend Brad and Simple Transfers if ever visiting St. Lucia!

Private Tour worth every penny! - We booked the private Soufriere tour and it was FANTASTIC! … Our private driver, Jonathan, picked us up at our resort and returned us at the end of the day. As he was born and raised on the island, Jonathan had intimate knowledge of the whole area. He shared the history of the areas we passed thru and ensured that we stopped at any highlights. Throughout the day, he took photos and videos for us as we experienced the sulphur mud baths, waterfall, and other regional sights. He was a very personable young man with a great sense of humor, and joined us for the included lunch. For the insignificant difference in price between a group tour on a crowded bus and a comfortable and spacious minivan stocked with cold beverages, I would highly recommend going with this option. If you are lucky enough to get Jonathan as your driver, you will have a unique and memorable experience! Absolute 5 out of 5! (Only because the scale doesn’t go any higher!)

Beautiful day in St Lucia - Our guide was excellent and very accommodating. The island is beautiful the people are all very friendly. He took us to the mud bath at Sulphur springs. We were supposed to see a waterfall but due to a mudslide he took us to the chocolate plantation. His car had some mechanical issues so he promptly found us a ride back to the port.

Wonderful way to see the island. - This was an excellent tour overall. Guide was knowledgeable, flexible and easy going. Very comfortable vehicle for a long windy drive, won’t recommend for persons who get car sick. Tour was tweaked to our preference and the Pitons waterfall is a much better swimming option than the recommended waterfall. Lunch at Mango Tree restaurant is a must do!!

The perfect day in St. Lucia - Delroy was our tour guide for the day! He was so knowledgeable and made us feel very welcomed to St. Lucia. He knew local spots to eat at, and took our family to the natural sulfur springs and waterfall. Additionally, we traveled through some local villages of which Delroy explained the history! The trip was a blast - highly recommend using this service! 10/10

Captivating Sights, Exceptional Photos, and Wonderful lunch at Mango Tree” - Brad provided an outstanding tour, guiding us through the volcano, mud baths, and waterfall with expertise. His photography skills captured memorable moments, offering us a variety of excellent shots. For lunch, he presented several dining options, and we chose the Mango Tree Restaurant. The food was exceptional, complemented by a breathtaking view, making our experience truly amazing.

Just an Expensive Taxi Ride - We booked this tour based upon the description and reviews, The description of this private tour is not at all what we received, The "Guide" was nice, however, he was not a tour guide. He was very quiet, and would answer if we asked questions, but the only one that could hear him was the passenger in the front seat. Those of us in the back could not hear him. He did tell us the town/villages we were driving through, pointed out the Pitons and that was it. On the way back for the hour and a half drive, he didn't say anything. When we got to the Volcano and Mud Baths, he asked if we were doing both and told us to get tickets. We did the Volcano first, he the drove back to the Mud Baths, stopped and parked halfway down the hill and told us to meet him back in the van when we were done. We had no clue where to go to get in, and no information of what to do. Once inside, we saw many other tour guides with their customers, taking pictures for them and of them, holding their items, and interacting with them. We then went to the Waterfall, and it was the same thing, pay and then walk in. Once inside near the waterfalls, we again saw other private tour groups with their guide, who was taking pictures for them, etc. Do your research, there are other companies that offer the same tour, and actually provide a real tour guide and tour. Other companies guides and the people they were with were all smiling, laughing and having a great time, St Lucia is beautiful, we made the most of our tour, however what we paid for and what we received were completely different things. I emailed this company. when we got back that evening to let him know about the day. I told him that we were going to review this tour, as we do with every tour, but wanted to let him know about our dissatisfaction before writing the review. He apologized for the driver, told us he was new and needed more training, and the next time we came to St Lucia we should let him know and he'd make sure we had a good tour. The driver told us he'd been doing this for 3 years, so we recieved differing stories, and we also question why they would put a "tour guide" in a van that holds 7. passengers without any type of device so those in the very back could hear. This is the first review (out of 10) we have done that we haven't given 5 stars. ' This company. "Simply Transfers" ended up being just that, a very expensive taxi ride.
