Guys Trip 2/2025 - We had a great time with friends and others on the Boat, great music, food and drinks. Will definitely recommend to others

Top tier - Everything was awesome, the staff was attentive and informative the boat was festive, and I would definitely do it again.

Good time and vibes for the price - I went here alone and it was really nice I had my own alcohol but they provided drinks and food. Snorkeling and swimming off the boat. The only issue I had was that my life jacket came undone when I jumped in the pool. I am a very good swimmer so I was ok. It was alarming because what if I wasn’t a swimmer and solely relied on the life jacket?

Don’t Buy The Pictures. - We went on the boat and had a great time. We had 13 people from age 3-70. Everyone enjoyed the trip. I would had given it 5 stars but the picture thing is a total RIP OFF. Do not fall for their dishonesty when they tell you you’ll get all the pictures. It’s a big LIE and scam. Who ever hands them the money is who the pictures will be off. Take your own pictures.

Only 5 people on boat & no free food -- great snorkeling and staff - Weird experience. The pick up service is phenomenal and we were picked up punctually, but waited an hour at the location due to some delay. We were hoping for a packed party boat and me and my group ended up as the only 5 people on the boat, which made for an unfortunate experience. On the TripAdvisor, it says that your payment includes food and drinks. When we arrived, we learned that in order to get food, we'd need to pay an extra 20$ per person. We had unlimited access to bar drinks but materials ran out with just us 5, so there wasn't much opportunity to booze. That being said, the staff on the boat was great. They were very energetic and tried to make our experience as well as it could. The snorkeling was definitely the star of our experience, which was only 2 hours instead of the listed 4. There was a water slide on the boat but we never stopped to be able to use it or swim in open ocean. To my understanding, this experience is very hit or miss and with a good crowd, would probably be an incredible time and worth it. I think my time here was a miss.

Try and communicate better. - I really can't give an opinión but they never picked me up or canceled me to let me know if the trip was canceled or who would pick me up. I reached vía application and called and no one responded. Yet I was charged for the trip already.

Engine Broke Down Before We Left The Harbor - Absolutely do NOT book this scam. Upon arrival they demanded we pay the $800 balance in cash. Obviously nobody with sense walks around with that much money in this area. After much hassle, they gave us the option to pay with a credit card +18%. Nowhere in the fine print did it say we had to pay the balance in cash. When we finally got on the boat, the engine broke down and the boat never left the harbor. They pretended it was because the water was too choppy. Meanwhile, they spent the whole time trying to start the one engine that was there. The second engine was completely missing from the boat. They proceeded to play very loud, awful music and trying to get us to dance while the boat was tossed up and down stationary in the harbor. A few people were seasick. We were supposed to go to sea caves and a private beach but none of that happened. They should’ve canceled the trip and refunded our money but instead we paid an 18% surcharge. There is much more to say in this review however, there are not enough characters available. Avoid this place at all costs!

Do not book!!! - Waited for over an hour to be picked up and no one showed up. This has happened to multiple people. I call the number with no answer.

AVOID! - Ah… what an ‘experience’. Be aware that they will overbook and then drop your group at the very last minute. They first contact you by WhatsApp and ask which hotel you are staying at. Then, many minutes later, they tell you that the sea is too rough and they can’t go and suggest coming the next day or even later. For sport, we pushed back a bit. We had a driver for our stay and proposed the he drives us to the boat departure point their response: silence. Moreover, being a kite surfer I have 5 apps for the wind and, that day, we had zero wind hence zero waves. We’ve sent them a picture from the app… and again silence. I rarely write reviews, but please avoid this operator. They will mess up your day, quickly take your money: they excel at that.

Do not recommend - I paid and no one showed up to pick us up. When we called the contact number they just said hold on let me see if the boat is okay to leave and then they just hung up.
