Fantastic beach trip snorkeling - Richard was great, picked us up and shared so much information about the area. Franklin was hilarious and made the snorkeling part of the trip so fun. They sent a nice group of pictures to capture our memories. Definitely recommend this company to others!

Great excursion! - Richard was knowledgeable and accommodating. We were on family vacation with kids age 10-18 and everyone had a great time. We recommend this company for excursions!

Great shore excursion with Richard and Franklin! - Richard and Franklin provided a great experience for my family and me on a cruise stop. Richard communicated well, especially when the weather affected plans initially. Cruisers have to walk several minutes from the ship to exit the terminal and arrive at the arranged pick-up spot. We were sent a photo and clearly marked map to indicate the pick up spot. Easy! We were not rushed through our excursion, but dropped off at Amber Cove in plenty of time to go shopping and relax before reboarding our ship. I would go on another excursion with them in a heartbeat!

Sosua Fun Day ! - Richard from Eric Tours was excellent ,accommodating , very friendly. It was a pleasurable experience. We are looking forward to take another tour with them.

Very fun day - We went out on the small boat with others and went snorkeling in clear blue waters with lots of different species of fish, octopus, etc, we also saw some statues they are dropped off the coast which was interesting

Excellent snorkelling excursion for anyone visiting Puerto Plata, great value for money. Personalized service . - Excellent snorkelling excursion in Puerto Plata by a great team. We did the Snorkeling trip for family with late teens. Well organized and competent team running the excursion. We were picked up from cruise ship port in Puerto Plata by Richard (owns Eric tours). Drove us to Sosua Beach while telling all about the history of the place. Richard is a very knowledgeable, patient and competent guide. He's lived in Dominican for 28 years so knows how to drive in what seems like chaotic roads. The beach shop is clean, with a flush toilet and safe storage for gear. Franklin was our snorkeling guide and did a great job helping the first-time snorkelers get comfortable in the water. He also took great photos of everyone and the reef while snorkeling (shared free of charge by Lotta, the administrative brains behind Eric tours). Despite bad traffic and a tight cruise ship deadline we arrived safely back in time to the cruise ship. You can take this snorkeling excursion with confidence.

This experience was good but still a little ruff around the edges. - This was a good excursion but, still has a few hiccups with transportation. You have to walk quite a ways to get to the transportation but, it is walkable. The boat that we went out in was very small so if you get seasick on small boats this is not for you. We went to some great snorkeling spots and saw lots of fish. I felt confident in the crew and felt safe. We spent an hour on the beach after snorkeling and you can snorkel from the beach.

Awful - False advertising! I was told I would be getting a larger boat similar to a catamran. We got a small fishing boat for 10 people. We were not allowed to bring a towel. I was very specific and informed them of the 10 people . The ride there was small van and had us crammed in there for over a hour. The advertisement also says drinks and snacks were included. We got a warm water . NEVER AGAIN.
