Great day. - Or guide Danielo was fantastic. It was crowded and he managed to steer us into areas that were less crazy. He was funny and charming and we had a wonderful educational and entertaining time. We would highly recommend this tour business and guide..

Great way to get to know the town - The whole trip was great from start to finish, our guide Danilo was very professional but equally personal with real life experiences of growing up in Sorento!! Food was great as well

Excellent tour - Gabriella was excellent. Great tour to get a good overview of Sorrento, probably a little too much food, better to have a little less & more variety

A leisurely and informative walk around Sorrento - We had an interesting walk around Sorrento with Gabriella. Since it was soon after breakfast we did not really take full advantage of the street food we were introduced to, perhaps a later start would be good for others. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile with us - literally! - so we could find the market, which turned out to be not worth the effort in the end.

LOVELY EVENING IN SORRENTO - We did the guided walking tour in the evening in Sorrento and were very happy with our evening. Our guide was Kelly (from Yorkshire) who was very helpful and informative showing us behind the scenes of pizza making, old mill and ravine, history of the town, good shopping points, factory where they make those lovely souvenir wooden boxes, along with samples of the food and drinks that Sorrento are famous for. Overall a lovely experience was had by all. Great sunset! Would recommend.

Great to learn about Sorrento but eat beforehand - Gabriela was a good guide and I appreciated her tour of Sorrento. I couldn’t give this 5 stars because it wasn’t much of a food tour. I’ve done food tours throughout Italy and Sicily and this paled in comparison.

Great way to see Sorrento on your first day - Gabriella was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got a good feel of the Sorrento area on this walking tour along with some history. The food part was a little disappointing (instead of sitting down to eat our fried seafood we were eating it on the go... kind of hard to do that). Loved touring the lemon garden and trying the lemoncello. Loved talking to the local artists on the process of the wooden boxes and creating the beautiful cameos. We liked the way it ended at an off the beaten path area with some good food (including gelato)and we added some wine. The owners at the shop were so friendly. We didn't realize we had booked a private tour, would've been more fun(and probably not as pricey) if we would've booked a group tour. It was just my husband and me.

Adequate but …you have other choices - Our guide was knowledgeable and we learned interesting information. That’s the positive. But… Our morning tour was canceled and we were combined into an evening tour. The group was very large and too unwieldy to get through the streets of Sorrento efficiently. As a result, the tour took longer than it should have. When we got to the lemon garden where we were supposed to have a tasting, it was already closed. Earlier, we were served cold fried fish as we arrived there late. There was no spirit of camaraderie amongst the group members. It would help if the guide would introduce group members to each other by name upfront. It also would’ve been better if the guide didn’t spend so much time on her phone texting and making calls. Seems her phone time was well more than would’ve been needed to coordinate the food. (And given the cold fish, looks like any calls didn’t work.)

More of a history tour - Good value for money but more of a history tour than a food tour. You do get to try a few food items but majority of the tour is visiting churches and historic parts of the town.

Only a couple of... - Only a couple of restaurants were visited, which was disappointing. It was more of a historical tour than a food tour. Our guide was quite knowledgeable of the history and there was lots of walking, and some beautiful views along the way. Not for people who aren’t used to walking and climbing.
