Skip the tourist traps & book here immediately for an authentic Italian experience! - We stumbled upon this cooking class as I was trying to look for something day of. I’m so happy we found this place because it ended up being a highlight of our trip.
From the beginning you feel like family. Vittoria (the sommelier & host) picked us up directly from our hotel. When we arrived to the villa you feel as though you stepped into your family’s home. We were blown away by the beautiful views. They greet you with prosecco and some cheese and charcuterie and allow you time to take some pictures and wander around the sprawling property.
The cooking class is held outside, but under a roof which is nice in case of inclement weather. The setting is absolutely stunning. You get a gorgeous view of the water, the sunset, and the lush greenery of the farm. Everything from the table setting to the carefully placed wine glasses screamed care and attention to detail.
Anna, our cooking instructor, was exactly who you would want to teach you classic Italian recipes. She clearly had been cooking all her life, as she guided us with ease through all the steps. We made tiramisu, ravioli, and fettuccini. It was easy enough to follow along and turned out to be a very tasty meal.
Vittoria paired each of our courses with a different wine straight from their family winery, as well as a tasting of their own olive oil.
All in all, it was an incredible, authentic experience. If you want gorgeous views, an amazing meal, and a fun experience you’ll never forget, then skip the tourist traps and book here immediately.

Amazing Experience- Highly Recommend - Absolutely incredible experience! Highly recommend to all. Vik and the whole casa Florita staff were incredible. So accommodating with direct pick up and drop off, amazing cooking and wine pairing activity, and beautiful ambiance. Memories with friends that will last a lifetime.

INCREDIBLE! Favorite experience so far! - Vittoria gave us the most incredible and authentic experience. Ana the head chef was an incredible teacher and has passed along many secrets to helping us perfect ravioli and fettuccini when we are back in the states. All of the wine pairings were impeccable to each dish! We highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Sorrento. They truly made you feel like family!

Fantastic experience in beautiful Sorrento villa - Fantastic experience in a lovely place, the villa is easily accessible from the center of Sorrento from which it is a few minutes drive, we were offered shuttle service both outward and back. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees in which we could walk freely, you can enjoy a very intimate atmosphere with beautiful views made enchanting by the sunset. The cooking class was interesting and fun, the staff is exceptional both for the cooking part with very tasty dishes, and for the wine tasting, which was explained directly by the owner Vittoria who is an expert sommelier and offered us excellent wines from the Campania region. Experience not to be missed for those who come on holiday to Sorrento

Amazing, MUST DO EXPERIENCE for those that love food and wine in an authentic, beautiful setting overlooking the sea! - Everything was absolutely fantastic! We booked last-minute day-of and asked for a pickup at our hotel as it was enroute from the meetup point to the villa - and they said no problem! The host and owner, Vittoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming from the second we met, and it extended to the villa where we had a tour of the gorgeous property, time to take pictures during sunset in the garden and overlooking the sea, and enjoy a welcome spumante and local cheese. Next, it was time to get washed up and put on aprons for cooking with the amazing Chef Anna! First we learned how to make tiramisu from scratch so it had enough time to set in the fridge. Next, it was on to pasta making from scratch where we made 2 different pastas (tagliatelle and spinach ravioli). I absolutely loved how patient and hands-on Anna was with her instruction and demonstrations, her tips for remembering the recipes (you also get a copy), and her tricks for knowing when the pasta is the right consistency to make the noodles. Then, we washed up again before moving on to our gorgeous dinner table in the garden where we waited to dine el fresco. While the pasta was cooking, Vittoria took us on a wine journey (she is a sommelier!). The wines were paired perfectly with the courses and she taught the proper way to sample and enjoy. This was truly an authentic experience with people that were experts, and passionate about what they love and do. Great food and instruction, great people, incredible wine & olive oil! It is a MUST DO while visiting Sorrento!

Worth every penny - fun, informative, boozy evening in the most BEAUTIFUL setting, with the most homely welcoming hosts - This experience is an absolute MUST - we debated if it was too expensive (£100pp), but it was EVERY PENNY. We had a lovely group (8 people total), very intimate and friendly evening, lots of fun and laughs. The setting is BEAUTIFUL, I could have happy spent hours longer there, not too far to get to either (and Vik arranged local transfer too for ease). Vik and team were so so lovely - made us feel so welcome, special, and very much at home. Wine was endless. Food was very tasty. Informality and casual set up of class made it unforgettable. Would recommend the evening slot to see the stunning sunset from the gardens

Unforgettable experience! Highly recommend! - The setting of the class was absolutely gorgeous! Vittoria and Anna made it a wonderful evening! The property was stunning with views of the sea, lemon and olive trees . The outdoor kitchen was beautiful. Vittoria even came to pick us up since we did not have a car. She paired our dinner with wines from her family's vineyard. Anna, the cook, was so patient and very well prepared before our arrival. Everything was set up to make it a great experience. Wine and snacks were ready on our arrival before we started our pasta making (and tiramisu.) While it may seem a bit pricey, it was worth it!

A Magical Day on the Amalfi Coast: Cooking, Wine & Breathtaking Views - If we could bottle up pure joy, it would taste exactly like our experience in Capo di Sorrento, overlooking the mesmerizing Bagni della Regina Giovanna. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a journey into the heart of Italian tradition, led by the incredible Anna, whose passion for food was radiant!
From the moment we arrived, the panoramic view stole our breath away. Crystal-clear water kissed by the Mediterranean breeze. And then there was Anna—an absolute force of energy and warmth, excited to share the secrets of true Italian cuisine. She brought the dishes to life, guiding us through the art of making fresh pasta,the most fragrant tomato sauce we’ve ever tasted.
And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, it came Vittoria, our sommelier for the day, with a selection of exquisite local wines. She taught us how to swirl, sniff, and sip like true connoisseurs, unlocking flavors we never even knew existed.
Sitting there, enjoying our own creations, with the sun setting over the coast and a soft sea breeze wrapping around us, we felt pure bliss. If you’re looking for a taste of authentic Italy—flavors, people, and scenery that will stay in your heart forever—this is it. Bellissimo!
