Magic time - In a beautiful, filled with Chinese paintings, calligraphy and artefacts, we spent more than 2 magic hour. Teresa is very gentle, positive and welcoming. She shares the knowledge of calligraphy with clarity and generosity. We were offered tea, and were encouraged to try the strokes with the brush. Then we got to create our own roll, with a meaningful writing on it. We loved every minute of the workshop and would like to continue.

Cultural experience - I don't consider myself very artistic, but this class was very good. Teresa was a very good and patient instructor. Glad she does these classes as it was a good time!

Excellent, Must Try When In Taipei - Lovely experience. Teresa was excellent, my partner and I had such a fun and informative calligraphy class. She is so knowledgeable and patient to teach us total beginners. Loved every sec of it and wish it was longer. Highly recommend to take a class with Teresa.

Calligraphy Workshop with Teresa - Was looking for a calligraphy session while visiting Taipei. Glad I found this workshop. Amazing course - If you ever wanted to know more about calligraphy, this is definitely the place to go. One of the best courses I've ever been to. The teacher was so kind and enthusiastic, and I loved the small history lesson. Huge recommendation!

Thoroughly enjoyable - I booked this for my parents while they were visiting me in Taipei. They absolutely loved it. They learnt some much and really enjoyed doing their own calligraphy. They couldn’t rate it highly enough and said everyone should do it.

Great activity! Fun and educational!! - This was an amazing experience! Not only learned the basics of writing calligraphy, but also so much information about the history and evolution of calligraphy. Theresa was outstanding and patient and positive!! A great activity for our teenagers as well. Probably could have done another hour or two. Excellent value!

Great Calligraphy Lesson - I came to Taiwan to visit relatives and I wanted to do a fun activity with my mom who is getting older. The class had great information on the history of Chinese calligraphy as well as the different styles of calligraphy. The class was about a 1 hr history lesson and then 1hr of practice. Teresa was knowledgeable and a great teacher. She was engaging and had a great attitude. I had to do a last minute schedule change of the lesson to a different day and she was able to accommodate us. My Mom and I had a fun time. I did learn some calligraphy when I was a kid but the lesson would be suitable for any skill level.

Fun introduction to Chinese calligraphy - My boyfriend and I loved the workshop. We learned a lot about Chinese culture and history and had a lot of fun trying our hand at some characters.

Enjoyable introduction to calligraphy - Interesting rundown of the five basic types of calligraphy (running script, seal script etc), and a chance to draw some of your own, and take home your best efforts in a frame.
